Chapter 2 - The audition

"I'll be waiting here. Since I can't go in. Good luck! You can do it!", Khun told Jung Rin as he walk over to the waiting room JYP provided for parents and friends.

Jung Rin nodded and went into the hall which already packed with people. She can see people from the age of 7 to 30 all busy rushing to their sits with numbers pinned on their shirts.

'AH, i need to put my number now too.' Jung Rin thought to herself.

ALL AUDITIONEE WHO JUST ENTER THE HALL PLEASE SIT ACCORDING TO YOUR NUMBER.

Jung Rin heard the announcement and rushed to her seats too.

At 11 am the door was closed noting that they will not accept anymore audition to the hall. Jung Rin looked to her back and the hall is FULL with people.

'This is impossible. So many people. I will never make it' Jung Rin thought to herself.

'Oh.. its not that i'm going to be pick. I just sing for fun.What am I expecting?

YOU WILL BE IN GROUPS OF TEN AND PLEASE STAY THAT WAY. SAY HI TO THE PERSON BESIDES YOU SINCE U GUYS WILL BE TOGETHER ALL DAY TODAY FOR THE AUDITION.

'Hi, I'm Tae Hyun."

The guy next to Jung Rin greets her first. He looks pretty decent Korean guy.

"Hi, I'm Jung Rin."

"Is this your first time here?" , Tae hyun asked.

"Yeah.. I'm so nervous right now. How about you?" Jung Rin answered.

"Its my third time here. I just finished my SM audition this morning too."

"OMG!!! really?? You sure are something." No wonder Tae hyun looked so calm since he already used to auditions.

"I even took lessons since they told me i'm too young before and need to find my own vocal range." Tae Hyun smiled.

Tae Hyun and Jung Rin clicked right after they talk about their same passion in singing.

Jung Rin and Tae Hyun was flustered with the announcement since Taehyun is 1009 and Jung Rin's 1010.

They walk in line to the waiting room. Everyone in the group starts to go corners or empty space to practice.

Jung Rin saw Tae Hyun walk to a corner to practice too. Jung Rin starts to get nervous too and prays that she would not forget the lyrics later.

Jung Rin gasped when she heard Nam Tae Hyun voice. It's so good! And this is the first time she sees the judges look intently to the auditionee. They seems to be shocked too.

And Tae Hyun's sings the whole song too.

The judge smiled and told TaeHyun he did a good job.

Jung Rin came back to reality. It's her turn.

She saw Tae Hyun stays at the corner. Just like what she did to him, he mouthed 'hwaiting' too.

She sings her heart out after all this years. All the hurt that she had felt when she can't sing and now she finally sings again. Nobody stops her. She finished the whole song and finally she looked at the judges. She actually had forgotten that she's in the audition room singing. She's just relieved to finally sing again in front of people. All the judges smile and one judge clapped his hands. Jung Rin saw Tae Hyun at the corner showing thumbs up to her and left the room. He didn't even say goodbye.

'A lot of people picked English song for today and you're one of the few pick Korean song. I'm glad you pick a really good song to sing infont of us today. Good Job!' One of the judge said.

The staffs told Jung Rin that whoever got pick will get contact later .

Jung Rin didnt actually care about the results. All she knows is that she sings again today infront of people and she's happy to know the people sho listens to it like her singing too. Not like her mother.
