Chapter 9 - The Day

Jung Rin POV

I didn't expect to be this nervous today. I drank 3 bottles of water already and didn't have appetite to eat breakfast even. I seemed can't swallow my food as today is the day that I'll be reviewed in front of other JYP label artists.

'You'll be okay.' Momo assured me. 'I know how u felt. I still remember my first monthly review in front of them too. Don't worry. All of them are very kind and always help us out. Just be careful with Jokwon oppa and Ye Eun unnie. They both always give a very harsh comment so that we can improve and meet JYP expectations.'

'HWAITING UNNIE.' Tzuyu patted me. 'I bet it must be stressful since u need to sing two songs today right?'

I nodded. 'They just told me to sing again the song that I practiced last week too two days ago. I hope I don't mess up today.'

'You won't. You will do well like always. Well who is your mentor here.' Suddenly I heard Joo unnie voice to calm me down too. I didn't even realized she's here already.

'I'm proud of my mentee and believe in you. Show them what you've got and practice.' She hugged me.

ALL TRAINEE PLEASE BE READY...

We heard Mi Na unnie announcement to everyone to get ready backstage. This week is definitely different that previous review. Before its only held at the practice studio but today its in a hall with stage in JYP building. Maybe thats the other reason I got pretty
anxious than the previous reviews.

My turn would be right after TWICE. Two other group already performed theirs. Indeed Jo Kwon oppa and Ye Eun unnie always gave harsh comments. Not only that, Mi Na unnie and JYP also very scary in giving their opinions too. Like threatening trainees with what are they doing all these years not improving.
I was shocked that Wooyoung oppa also very serious in giving his comments too. He always seem bright and easy going but seems like he's taking this seriously.

I saw GOT7 in their seats too. It seems like only MissA members not here since they're busy in Japan. That's what I heard.

It's TWICE turn already and they did 2PM heartbeat song. Seems like they were challenged to do something different too. I enjoyed their performance and think that they really did a good job with this week review. GO MOMO! She's so good in dancing. Even Tzuyu whose very young also very good. I'm proud with my roommates. I'm so happy that they gotten very good reviews from the judges too. YAY for them!

NEXT, A NEW TRAINEE. LEE JUNG RIN

I heard Ki Lee oppa announced my name and start walked towards the stage. I passed TWICE members on the way and all of them wishing me luck.

'Annyeonghaseyo. Lee Jung Rin imnida.' I introduced myself.

I get into position, took a deep breath and nod my head as a sign to Ki Lee oppa that I'm ready.

I really enjoyed my time performing. Its like my last time performing. I always had wanted to sing on a big stage like this.

I choked a little bit at the end of the song since i really got into the song.
