The two watched the man walking out of the door and up to the alter. He wore long white robes and was carrying a shiny gold stick with a small flame at the end. They watched him take a bow and setting candles on fire. Katherine was scared while Chris was fuming.

"Do you really think he'd try something here?" Katherine barely spoke but she knew he could hear her. "I don't know and I don't like it." His voice was getting more distorted. She grabbed his hand. "Chris, calm down." He let out a few deep breaths. "I just want to fu-" Katherine bumped her arm into his. Chris lowly growled and clenched his fists.

He finished lighting all the candles and took a few steps back and took one last now before walking away and behind the door once again. "How'd you think this happened?" Katherine asked. "He's probably trying to find a way to kill me. That might explain why he's practically living here." He whispered in her ear so no one else could hear. "Is there really a way?" Katherine asked somewhat confused. Chris seemed to have to think for a minute.

"It's happened but I don't know what happens when a demon does die." Chris looked at her a little nervously. "I'm sure there's nothing to worry about." He intertwined his fingers with hers. Katherine leaned against him as much as she could. "I hope your right." Katherine turned and looked back at the altar. She was scared to have to think that anyone could be hurt in a matter of minutes.

They watched quietly while more people filled in the pews. Some gave Chris a look of disapproval or curiosity. They both ignored it as best as they could. "Is this somewhat of a wedding we would have?" Katherine whispered again. "It's been forever since I've been to something like this. I imagine it'd be a lot different." Chris was looking around. The priest took a quick glance over to him and had a look of disgust. Chris didn't care what he was thinking about right now.

After another few minutes, the front doors closed and the priest walked up the altar and bowed the same way the man did. Lee nervously walked to the side and smiled. The music started playing and the service began. Katherine and Chris were even more on edge. He sat up as if ready to jump up if he had to. Chris never took his eyes off the door on the side of the alter.
