Katherine couldn't believe what she was read. "He supposedly married someone named Abigail Rose five years ago?" Katherine slumped into her seat in shock. The woman had white hair and fair skin. Just like Chris's, her eyes were bright red. Katherine thought about her eyes changing when they got married. She refused to believe this was true.
She forced herself to read the article and found a copy of the marriage certificate. Katherine read that he married the woman on October 31, 2005 and legally changed his last name to Motionless to start his business at Vamps. Katherine couldn't read any further. "I'm sorry." Gina said half sorrowfully and half angry. "I don't understand it but it looks like that guy you're with is your boss and somehow a unholy creature." Gina shuddered.
"He lied to me?" Katherine was too upset to think about him always saying he could never lie. "I've asked him!" She slammed the laptop shut. "If you want, I can kill him for you." Gina said seriously. Katherine brushed her hair back with both of her hands.
"He'll kill you before you can even lay a finger on him. It's just better if you stay away." Katherine grabbed her purse the reached in for her keys. "I need to talk to him." She walked out before her friend could protest. Katherine ignored her friend as she made her way out of the building.
Before she reached the car door, Gina grabbed her by the shoulder. "I'm coming with. You're too upset to drive and i don't want him hurting you." Katherine sighed then handed Gina the keys. "I'm not going to argue." Katherine said before getting in. Gina got into the drivers side and drove off.
