"Breaking the deal so you can't take my soul then?" The man stood up and held the gun behind his back. "Yes, one of the worst crimes a demon can commit." Chris said lowering his arms. The man scoffed. "Why? I'm curious." He pulled the safety button off with the weapon still hiding from view.
Chris gave a twisted smile. Gina looked away because of the horrific sight of him. "Let's see, it's because of your attempts to murder innocent people before today and for kidnapping my lovely wife and her friend." Chris then added, "For also attempting to try and kill me." It was silent for a long time.
The man held a gun to one of the girls. Gina tried to move away. "I've asked that priest how to kill demons." Chris laughed menacingly. "By what? Drowning me in holy water? Please, that use to happen every week back in 1692!" Chris laughed again. "Imagine the fun I had when they thought I was finally dead and I would just stand back up."
The man looked disappointed. "Staking me won't do anything, burning me will just feel like a nice warm blanket, it's nearly impossible to kill me." Chris crossed his arms. "Boys! A little help here!" The man yelled panicking and the gun shaking his his good hand.
There was silence in the room. "Boys!" His voice cracked as he screamed. Chris wiped the blood with the back of his hand. "You didn't." The man pulled the lever of the gun down. Both girls whimpered frighteningly. Chris took a few steps back as an attempt to protect them.
"I did. Don't you dare shoot that." Chris warned. "Remember what happened last time?" The man looked at his still disfigure hand that was now cover in blood from the knife. He had a hard time explaining his wounded hand at the emergency room.
"Chris, now that the deal is broken, what are you going to do?" Katherine asked curiously. The man inhaled nervously. Chris's smile became more wicked. "Tear this man from limb to limb. Your own death won't be so grim." He took a few steps forward.
The man was shaking so much he dropped the gun. The gun went off and Katherine screamed in pain. The bullet had shot her in the leg. Gina screamed from fear. Chris's eyes widened seeing what just happened in front of him. The next thing he knew was the was only one thought on his mind. Murdering someone in the most agonizing way.
