Katherine took a deep breath but didn't feel air going through. Chris was still having a hard time breathing after not being able to for the past three centuries. After a few minutes, they looked back at each other. "We're finally married." Chris gasped between breaths. He took slow deep breaths and his breathing calmed down.

Katherine gently hugged him. Her head was resting against his chest and she could hear his hear beating franticly. "You're actually alive now?" Katherine asked in shock. "Half and that makes you half dead so you can live forever." He wrapped his arms around her. Katherine listened to his heartbeat again and completely enjoyed it.

Katherine's mother hugged both of them. A few tears from happiness flowed down her face. "I'm happy for the two of you. Just take of her when I'm gone. You know I can't live forever." Katherine's emotion turned into sadness. "I promise." Chris said sincerely. He tightened his grip. Her mother smiled proudly.

"I'm going to give you two some alone time. I'll tell everyone that we've been out for a walk." Katherine's mother looked at her. "Don't be sad. Think of all the amazing adventures you two can have." She smiled then walked away to find her way back to the reception.

Katherine looked up at her now husband. Chris seemed surprised. "What is it?" She asked curiously. "Your eyes are glowing red like mine." He said and his red eyes glowed brighter. "I want to see." Katherine said excitedly. They both walked inside and looked for mirror.

They were in a small bathroom and Katherine was looking at her eyes. "How do you change them back?" She wondered. "They change when they need to or how really pissed off you can get." He said and placed his tattooed hands on her shoulders.

Katherine blinked and slightly jumped when she saw her normal colored eyes again. "See what I mean?" He laughed. Katherine laughed sarcastically. "We should probably head back down, right?" Katherine turned around and stared back at his brown eyes.

His tattoos were gone once again. Chris reached behind her and turned on the sink and wet his hand. "After we clean up." He gently wiped their blood off of hers and his lips. Katherine stepped to the side and watched him take his lip piercings out and placing them into his pocket.

They both made their way back down holding hands and went back to the room. Mostly everyone was gone by now except for Gina, Lee, Gina's father, Katherine's mother, and a few people Katherine didn't know. Gina tiredly got to her feet and walked over and hugged her friend. "Thank you for coming." She looked from Chris to Katherine. "Both of you." Both Chris and Katherine were shocked when Gina hugged him too. It wasn't until Katherine saw Gina reach up behind his back and pulled a strand of black hair out of his ponytail that she knew why Gina did that.
