Chapter 28: Nothing To Lose

  You remain in the hospital for four days after. (Y/F/N) only came back to pick you up. You're happy she took a break. You know she was falling apart herself. Aidan came back with you guys. You can't let Dan see him or you will never get him back.

You're using Aidan as a substitute till you get Dan back. But it would be a bit easier if Aidan didn't actually love you. You don't even know if you love Aidan. You do know that you love Dan Howell and always will.

You and the others get back to the flat. Phill make sure that Dan isn't around to see Aidan. Phil is in on what you're doing. You trust Phil with your life. He didn't quite approve of it but he said

"I'll support anything you do."

(Y/F/N) you and Aidan make it back to the flat without spotting Dan. (Y/F/N) goes to take a nap. She desperately needs it. You and Aidan's go up to your room. He sits on your bed and beckons you to come over.

You sit on his lap facing him. His face is perfection. Just everything about him is. Yet he's still not Dan. There's something about his eyes that reminds you of Dan's.

"Aidan, I have a question."

"What is it?"

"Why did you leave me before?

He thinks for a moment. Then his eyes light up.

"Well you remember Emelie from Theater right?"

You nod.

"She had blackmail on my family and me, and she said if I ever talked to you again she would use it. I couldn't risk that. Phoebe knew about it but she's my sister. Emelie had something on her too."

You stay silent. That snake of a bitch ruined your life far too many times. Bloody snake.

"I thought is was because I wouldn't have sex with you."

"Seriously!"

"Yeah." You smile. Maybe Aidan isn't a massive twat.

But Dan would have stayed with you even if someone had blackmail on his family.

After chatting with Aidan you ended up playing on your laptop. You were laying between his legs with your back against his chest.

Just like what you did with Dan.

You needed to stop comparing Aidan to Dan.

Aidan played with your long (Y/H/c) hair. His fingers occasionally brushed your neck and it gave you goosebumps. After a while you closed your laptop and turned around so you were facing Aidan.

You smash your lips against Aidan's and he moves so he can pin you against the bed.

"You're so damn hot." You whisper and kiss him again.

With Aidan he enjoyed doing stuff like this. Dan wasn't really into it.

STOP COMPARING THEM!!

Bloody hell. Why am I doing this to myself.

Aidan kisses your neck and suddenly stops.

"Wow I left some marks earlier." He chuckles.

You laugh and roll out from underneath him. But since you are so damn gracefully you accidentally roll off your bed. He just looks at you for a moment then bursts out laughing. So do you. Your bum hurts a bit but it was hilarious.

"You little klutz." He says helping you up.

"Twat." You say pretending to be mad. You shove him and he falls back onto the bed.

"Rude." He says pouting and crossing his arms.

You lean down and kiss his forehead. A smile curls onto his luscious pink lips. But before you could completely pull away he pulls you down on top of him.  

"Jerk."

"You love it." He whispers.

"Yes I do." You say melting into his body.

Aidan falls asleep after a while. You pull out your phone and send a text to Phill

He's asleep😴😴 you should be good.

You shove your phone into your pocket. You pull a blanket over Aidan and kiss his cheek. He looked flawless when he's sleeping. You shake the thoughts out of your head and head to Phil's flat. 

Phil already had the door open and was waiting. He had a look that you couldn't quite read.

"(Y/N)." He said shutting the door. "You do realise me helping you is betraying my best friend for years, right?"

You look into his bright blue eyes. They remind you of the ocean. You love the ocean.

"Yes Phil. But (Y/F/N) doesn't even know. Please. Please help me. I'm begging you."

He goes into the kitchen and sits in the Green Chair. He runs his hands through his jet black hair.

"You cheated on my best friend. Now you're having me help you sneak around so he won't see you with the guy you cheated on him with. Who also is your bloody ex!" He says gripping his hair.

"I know Phil. This is mad but I need you to do this so I can get Dan back. Aidan is just a substitute till I get Dan back."

You plop down into the Purple Chair.

"You're mad. You're bloody mad." He whispers.

"No. Just desperate."

"Fine. I'll help you." Phil sighs.

"Thank you Phil I love you so much!" You say. You give him a tight hug and kiss his cheek. He blushes a bit

You head towards the door and you almost shit your pants when you saw Dan standing against the door.

Shit.

"What the actual fuck are you doing in my flat?"

"I-I..."

"Dan just leave her alone. She was just leaving."

Phil moves Dan away from the door so You could escape. You never ran out of a flat so quickly. You swan dived into your own flat and shut the door. You scaled the starred in seconds and ninja jumped on to your bed and on top of Aidan

"Ow!!!" He moaned.

"Sorry love. I made a great escape."

"I have no idea what that means but..good job."

"Just promise you will never leave again. Alright?"

"I promise."
