The Date

"Thank you for your orders." The waiter said as he wrote down our orders.

"No problem." I smiled. The waiter nodded and walked away.

"So..." Mark began. I scratched my head.

"Mark, you can't." I said, frowning.

"Please! I'll make it up to you! I swear!" Mark pleaded.

"How?" I questioned, staring him in the eyes.

"Let's call this....a date." Mark suggested.

"A date? A date?! You better mean playdate!" I said, raising my voice a bit.

"Please, Y/n, I'll make it up to you, I want us to be...one again..." Mark hesitated.

"Mark...I....no...I will not. Never!" I said.

Mark looked at me with his dark brown eyes which had my attention.

"I love you..." He said, he's voice seemed raspy and low...

I love Mark too...but I just can't.

Mark slowly stood up and sat next to me. Then he held my hand. "I didn't kiss that girl, she kissed me. I didn't even kiss back. My heart will stay with you and like always."

Mark slowly moved his face forward as I started to speak. "Mark... I-" which I was cut off by our lips connecting. (EW! GROSS!) I felt a spark. I soon started to kiss back.

After that, Mark smiled and pulled away. "See? You still love me." Mark stated. "I do Mark...but..." There was no reason for me to not date him. I'm single, I love him.

"But?" Mark asked, raising an eyebrow. "Okay fine, I'll give you a chance." I caved in. "Oh please! I swear- WAIT WHAT?" Mark fell off of where we were sitting together.

I laughed. For once in a long time, I laughed.

"There, I love to see your beautiful smile." Mark grinned.

"Okay, now, the date." I said. Mark nodded and smiled.

"I think this could work." I giggled.

Mark smiled but then he frowned.

"I won't let it work." Said a familiar voice.

I turned around.

DAMN NERVY! BACK AT IT AGAIN WITH THE TERRIBLE CLIFFHANGERS!

I WROTE SOMETHING!! YAY!! I even know what the next chapter is gonna be. WHOOSHY WHOOSH!! EVERYBODY SCREAM SO JACK CAN HEAR YOU!! AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!
To be honest, thank you guys for patiently waiting for the next chapter. Life isn't going great for me though. Parents arguing. Summer school started. Fasting. WHY WON'T PROBLEMS JUST DIE!!! MEEHHHH!!! Anyway, I love ya guys so much! Thanks for reading dis!
