Diner

April POV

In 5 minutes we were outside of the small diner, the parking lot wasn't full which was good so not many people should recognize Kyungsoo.

We walked up the ramp towards the entrance, pushing the glass doors going into the restaurant.

Elvis' Hound Dog was playing in the background and what I've seen only elders and Parents with their children were seated on the red booths.

The black and white tiled floor shined as we walked towards the farthest booth away from the rest. Neon signs were against the glass window, and white marble tables were spotless.

Ketchup bottles, sugar, salt and pepper were set on the end of every table. Soon the a lady came up to us.

"2 parents and one baby?" She asked handing us menus. "Aren't you cute." She tickled Adams tummy making him giggle and blush.

"What do you two love birds wanna drink?" She asked.

"One lemonade please." Kyungsoo said and she wrote on her notepad.

"And you sweetie?"

"One water please." I said and she nodded.

"I'll be right back and do you want a high chair for the little one?" She asked and we nodded.

She gave us a thumbs up before scurrying away.

"She's really nice." Kyungsoo smiled.

I nodded and looked down at the menu. The food was separated in categories.

Sandwiches, Subs, Burgers, steaks, drinks, desserts, pancakes and Kids menu.

"What do you want Kyungsoo?" I asked scanning through the choices.

"A cheese steak and 3 pancakes, You?"

"A cheese burger and pancakes as well, What do you want Adam?" I asked to the smiling baby boy.

"Podo!" He squealed clapping his hands together.

"Podo it is." Kyungsoo said and I smiled at how cute they both were.

The waitress came back with the drinks and the high chair. Kyungsoo slid Adam into the wooden high chair, "You two ready to order?" She asked and we nodded.

"What will it be cupcakes."

"Can I have a cheese steak please." Kyungsoo ordered, "And two stacks of 3 pancakes please."

Two? I looked at him questionably and he just smiled.

"And can I have a cheese burger, and a side of grapes please?" I ordered.

"Umm hmm! Okay I'll be back with your food shortly." She said and she walked towards the kitchen.

"So did you buy your dress?" Kyungsoo asked and I nodded. "Do you look cute in it?"

"Kyungsoo!" I scolded and he laughed.

"What? I need to know if my wife looks good in the dress." He said defending himself.

I rolled my eyes and he just laughed.

"Why did you order two stacks of pancakes?" I asked and he shrugged.

"I don't know, you've been looking skinny lately." He said, "I don't want you to get sick."

"I won't. Don't worry." I smiled and he nodded.

5 minutes later the waitress came back with the large tray in her hand, "Cheese steak for the husband, burger for the wife, grapes for baby and pancakes for everyone." She smiled.

"Thank you." We smiled and she nodded leaving us to eat.

Once she left we immediately started to dig into the food. I stopped once I heard Adam start to whine, "Umma.. Appa.." He whined with sad eyes.

I grabbed a piece of the pancake and I blew on it hand it to Adam he smiled and started to chew on the piece.

I ripped of a tiny piece of the burger, and I grabbed the grapes. Eating them I put the food on the plate and handed it to him.

Kyungsoo ripped off a small piece of his cheese steak and put it on the small plate. We all happily ate in what seemed like seconds all of the plates were clean.

"I'm so full." I groaned staring at the plates.

"Want anything else?" The waitress asked and we shook our heads no. She laughed and she gave up the receipt.

"You pay right up front, have a good night folks." She smiled and walked away.

"Let's go home Adam." I said pulling him out of the high chair. My stomach started to hurt once I buckling in Adam.

"Kyungsoo.." I groaned. "I don't think I can to sleep anytime soon."
