Annoying

Time flys by like a feather in the wind, it all happened pretty fast. We're now part of the YG family, our paperwork filled, and contracts renewed.

Practice soon came in but there was a different feeling the air when we danced around the room. There was peace and happiness in the air.

No rush, no deadlines to meet. Everything flowed peacefully all in time our new Debut was coming up fast.

My daily Monday morning routine started when the alarm clocks started to scream at me, telling me a new day has come.

"Adam.. Good morning." I smiled patting his small tummy, smiling once his eyes fluttered open. A sweet smile greeted me, brightening up my day. But still half of my heart wasn't really happy.

It's almost been 6 months since the last time I saw Kyungsoo in person. Of course he called everyday, asking me what Adam and I had for breakfast.

Sweet encouraging words were spilled everyday making me feel fuzzy and happy inside. Casual video calls were a thing too, Seeing his heart shaped smile made my day even brighter after every second I looked at his face on the bright screen.

It was all like a dream but it isn't complete until I can hold his hand. But I'm sitting waiting for the day which I know is soon to come.

"Podo! Podo!" Adam chanted as we walked up to the small fruit stand. "Umma, Podo." Adam smiled pointing at the chalk board which had drawn fruits on it.

"That's right Adam." I said placing a kiss on his cheek making him blush, hiding his face into my shoulder.

"Good morning April." Mabel smiled as she leaned over the counter. "Hi Adam!" She hold her hand palm out for Adam to high five.

After the small gesture, I order our breakfast which is the usual for the past month or so. Two early bird oatmeal cups with strawberries, grapes, blueberries, and raspberries.

"Oh yeah today we're having a strawberry Monday all strawberry items are 50% off today." Mabel adds after she hands me the change and receipt.

"I'll pass by later than." I smiled, "Thanks Mabel." Adam waves as I walk towards the studio which is pretty close. On plus for today was we're going to Santa Monica beach later today.

That's the good thing about this studio, we just go up the street walk a couple blocks and you're there. It's close by and I love watching the palm trees swaying to the ocean breeze. It's all so pretty and relaxing.

I pushed the glass door open, walking down the hall towards our practice room. The muffled music from all of the other rooms combined as a huge mess in the hall way.

I opened the door, walking in finding the girls eating at the small table we have set up in the corner of the room.

"Good morning April!" Smile smiles as I walk up to them sitting down Adam next to Nora.

"Hi Adam!" The girls cooed over the shy Adam.

"Can we give him some Grapes?" Kat asked, I nodded and she hands Adam a grape. He happily eats the grape giving the girls a cute smile afterwards.

After a few hours of practice, Adam ended up falling asleep on the couch. Smile is still eating fruit, Kat is on her phone, and Nora is dancing.

We actually went through the entire routine today thanks to the dance instructor, we were kinda ready for our debut. We still don't have a date but we know it's soon.

"April, we meet up at the pier in an hour?" Nora suggest and I nod. After collecting our clothing from our places we meet up at the pier.

It's was almost 4 in the afternoon the heat calmed down a little but still was present. We walked around for a little bit before we settled down on the sand.

"Thank you very much!" Kat smiled the man as he struck the umbrella into the sand, "He's nice." She sighs as she lays down on the pink towel.

"April are you gonna change?" Smile asked grabbing everyone's attention, even Adam's.

"N-No. I'm gonna just wear t-this."

"I knew you'd say that." Nora chimed as she reached into her bag pulling out some articles of clothing. "So I brought this. Go change."

In seconds Smile pulled me to the changing booths, throwing me in one I finally had time to look at the piece of clothing.

It wasn't that bad, I mean it was like a sports bra with matching shorts. I don't like to show my skin a lot, that's why I don't like wearing bikinis and one pieces. My shirt and shorts work perfectly but for this occasion.. I was trapped.

I quickly stripped once I heard Smile yelling at me to hurry up. Pulling on the swim wear, I was ready, I quickly walked out and grabbed my towel wrapping myself in it.

"I'll be right back I'm gonna go get something." Smile said walking away leaving me alone. I watched how people just walked by some weird glances and whispers were being thrown at me but I didn't mind.

"Wow." I heard, "If it isn't April." I whipped my head towards the voice that repeated inside my head. I know that voice, but from where.

"Hiya April! Remember me!" Marco chimed excitedly. "Woah you've grown. You look prettier now, you looked ugly before. Who's your plastic surgeon?"

"Gee. Thanks." I smiled annoyingly to the small little bastard.

"Wow. You did grow." Byron said pulling the towel away from my grasp making me gasp, "But it's not plastic surgery." He added pinching at my arm pulling the skin creating a dark red bruise.

"Are you April?" He asked examining my face, I felt Marco grab my waistband and pull on my shorts revealing some of my hips.

"Yah!" I scolded pushing his hand away, pulling up my shorts back into place. "At least I'm still not at home living off of mommy and daddy." I teased.

"April?" Smile asked walking up to me, thank the lord! He heard my prayers, "C'mon. Smile." I grabbed the towel pulling it away from Byron's grasp walking back to the umbrella.

I found Adam and Kat playing in the sand making small castle towers with plastic cups. Nora sitting in a foldable chair with her sunglasses on peacefully staring off at the water.

"April, why is this here?" Nora said grabbing my arm taking off her glasses looking at the bruise. Gently poking it, "What did those boys do to you?"

"Y-You, saw them?"

"Who are they?" She asked looking back towards the shack. "Why were they pulling on you like that?"

"They're my cousins."

Yes the Lee's are finally here, so they're April's mothers side of the family and as you can see they don't get along.

Sorry I haven't been updating recently, school has been hectic and it's taking up a lot of time. I'll try to update this week.
