Riley had only just found out that the police had taken Isaac into custody again a few hours ago and they're holding him there for 24 hours. They think that he killed his father. That's just stupid! Riley didn't believe that Isaac would do that. Ever. Even though he had good motives, a lot of people did! Mr Lahey was never a nice person to anyone. Many people had worse motives than Isaac. Also, Isaac has no one, so why would he kill the one person he has left? Police sometimes confused Riley.

She was planning on going to see him that night, so she could talk to him about his decision on moving in with Derek Hale. She knew that Derek wasn't a good influence, and judging by his past, he didn't have a very happy childhood. He was also accused of murder, so he definitely was not a good person to be around. How does Isaac even know Derek? Since when did they talk before? Derek Hale has always been mysterious, and kind of creepy as well. He's always lurking in the shadows and in the forest somewhere.

She put on her jacket when she realized how cold it really was outside, then grabbed her car keys and got out of the house. It was almost 8:30pm when she realized how long she delayed visiting Isaac. She just never really liked police stations. She knew that she has never done anything wrong, she just somehow thinks that they're going to arrest her for something. It's like when you leave a shop, you pray for the alarms not to go off, even though you didn't steal anything.

She got into her car and drove off towards the police station, turning the radio on. As she drove along, something jumped across the road in front of her in a flash, and her headlights illuminated the figure. In a panic,  she slammed on the brakes, watching the creature disappear from the road and into the suburbs surrounding her. What was that? It was on all fours, and it had this weird, overly long tail. It looked like an overgrown lizard. Jesus Christ, since when do iguanas live in Beacon Hills? But Iguanas can't be that fast. Riley's breathing was a little wavered, as she tried to think of the possibilities of what that thing might have been. She was interrupted when there was a honk behind her. She then realized that she had just stopped in the middle of the road, then continued to the station. That must have been her imagination; that bestiary book was messing with her mind.

Riley arrived at the station in only just a few minutes. She was glad that this town wasn't so big. She got out of her car, locked it, then walked up to the entrance. There was a woman at the front desk, who looked a bit busy. She walked in, smiling at the woman who smiled back.

"I was told that Isaac Lahey was here in a holding cell, can I talk to him?" She asked, and the woman looked unsure.

"I'm not sure on the rules of that, but I'm sure it should be fine, since he's only in the holding cell. Go ahead; right down the hall and then take a right. You'll see him." She replied and nodded towards the hall that went down to the back of the station.

"Okay, thank you. Have a good night." Riley said, and then followed her directions towards Isaac. She found it easily, and walked into the room where he was held. He was sitting down on the bed with his head in his hands. He looked a bit uneasy, but who wouldn't be in a jail cell?

She walked up to the cell door, and tapped her nails on the bar to acknowledge her presence. He looked up, and he had this pain on his face as he saw her. His leg was bobbing up and down anxiously, as he then stared at the ground in front of him.

"Hey Isaac, how are you doing? I heard you were here and wanted to see if you were doing okay... Are you okay?" She asked, holding onto the bars. He took in a sharp breath and shook his head, but that seemed to cause him a headache or something as he scrunched his face up.

"You shouldn't be here. You need to go home and stay there. Tonight isn't safe." He mumbled in a low voice, as he put his head back in his hands. Riley frowned at him, shifting her weight from one foot to another.
