Imagine them being in high school for this one.
It was the last day of school. Supernatural and Hetalia were in 10th. The day was almost over. The two were in their last class. Hetalia was getting nervous for the school day to end. He hasn't told Supernatural that he won't be coming back next year. Hetalia was going to Japan for school. Once the bell rang everyone ran out of the classroom and started cheering. Homestuck, Sherlock and Doctor Who knew the news but Supernatural. Sherlock and Doctor Who already left cause they didn't want to be in the room. Homestuck was starting to leave but once he was at the door he looked at Hetalia. Hetalia turned to look at him. Homestuck gave him a thumbs up and then he left. Supernatural then walked towards Hetalia smiling.
"If's finally the last day of school." Supernatural laughed. "Now we could have more fun together over the summer."
"Uh heh yeah." Hetalia sighed.
The both of them started walking out of the class. They said goodbye to the teacher and started walking in the halls. They were already empty so it was only the two.
"You don't sound excited what's wrong?" Supernatural stopped walking.
"Uh well...I have some news." Hetalia said.
"What is it?" Supernatural asked.
"Oh god this is hard to say to you." Hetalia sighed. "Um well...I'm going to...Japan."
"Oh that's great when will you be back?" Supernatural smiled.
"That's the problem." Hetalia looked at Supernatural. "I'm...I'm not coming back..."
"W-what?" Supernatural's smile faded away.
"I'm going to school there..." Hetalia said. "So...I won't see you...I should have told you sooner but...I didn't want to make you upset...I'm sorry."
"I..." Supernatural paused for a bit but then hugged Hetalia. "I'm going to miss you."
Hetalia smiled and hugged back. They stayed like that for a few seconds and then they let go of each other. Hetalia smiled and so did Supernatural.
"We could go somewhere today." Hetalia said. "Just the two of us."
"Yeah that sounds great." Supernatural smiled.
So for the day Supernatural and Hetalia spent the day together.
Time skip
Supernatural was going into 12th grade. It was already early in the morning and he was getting ready for school. Once he arrived he walked straight to his first class. He said hi to the teacher and sat down in front of someone. Supernatural just sat there playing with a pencil. Then he felt a poke on his back and so he turned around and saw Hetalia.
"Oh my god your here!" Supernatural smiled.
"Yes yes I am!" Hetalia smiled back. "I was just gonna go to Japan for one year and that's it I guess. I was so happy when they told me that."
"How was it?" Supernatural asked.
"It was good!" Hetalia smiled. "But I had to where a uniform so that sucked but I made friends so that was good."
"I really missed you." Supernatural smiled.
"Me too!" Hetalia smiled back. "How much time do we have until class starts?"
"About 15 minutes." Supernatural answered.
"Let's go somewhere to pass the time!" Hetalia slightly smiled. "And besides I...uh really want a kiss."
"Ha ha alright then let's go." Supernatural smiled and grabbed Hetalia's hand. "I really wanted to kiss you too."
