We got everyone watching when we arrived at a party, together, the success concert party, because he was supposed to be accompanied by Bryana. Forgot that Ashton was still 'committed' to her. I immediately untangled my arms from him but he won't and it hurts to hear the words, "Oh, she's my..." he hesitated, looking at me, "friend."

I was trying to untangle our hands at the back but he won't let go. I was afraid that someone could see us behind. But instead, he grabbed my hand tighter, telling me to be strong.

I couldn't fathom the words he'd been saying to the people he'd been talking to a minute ago because I was focused on my thoughts, and the words that I only heard was, "Well then, we'll be going. See you around."

I knew I was strong enough, we were strong after all the troubles our relationship has been through.

He was tugging me from the entrance to the crowd holding my wrist but I slowly sliding it and he stopped, looking back at me. With that look, again.

To my surprise he walked behind me and pushed me forward to my shoulders. It made me laugh.

I felt his head from the back of my neck. Cute like a puppy but it sent shivers down my spine. I could still remember when he told me that everytime he'd do that he always wanted to hug me.

     He was doing it again.

From a far sight, we were heading to a room I supposed because it has a door. Behind it was still unknown. I stopped to open it but wind blew my way when I did and sent my hair back -to his face.

He didn't need to tiptoe to see if there were people outside because he was tall enough to have a fine sight of it, so he pushed me forward as he hugged me from behind. "Friend huh?" I said, joking.

     The door slammed closed.

I knew that he rolled his eyes before saying, "I had no choice. What I should've said anyway? Huh?"

I acted like I was thinking and cringe from the left side of my cheeks and said, "A bestfriend? That would work. Oh, and wife, maybe." I put sarcasm in it.

"We're leaving tomorrow." He muttered ignoring my joke. It was so tender and slow to be mistaken by joking. He wasn't smirking at all.

A shotgun memory flashed, when I was in Australia and had to flew back here in England, when I was the one who let those words off my lips. When the we-almost-got-caught.

He tucked me in his chest and buried his face on my neck. "Is the door locked from here? I'm so paranoid about us getting caught."

"No, but wouldn't it be good if we did?," Why do I feel like I was cheating even if he was my husband?, "We would no longer hide." He said. He got a point but all the hate would be on me.

"You want me to get death threats for being a third party?" I said, chuckling.

"Are you able to take it and not get scared?" He asked, sounding so serious that I immediately got to my senses.

I withdraw from his hug and faced him. Looking into his both eyes I asked, "Are you serious? Are you doing it?"

It took him a few more minutes before answering. "No, no. Of course not." He went by the barriers that's keeping this hotel from the ocean. "I was just thinking, what if we really did?"

He looked at his back, to me. "I mean... you can never be sure about our security or about how long this hiding would last."

I stood beside him and asked him to barely lean over. He thought I wanted him to lay his head to mine but I massage his temples and said, "Why is this pretty mind thinking too much lately?" He closed his eyes and smiled.

"You don't have to worry about me, its making me feel like too weak to be protected this much." I said, continuing to massaging his temples.

"You deserved to be protected this much. After all you're my woman. Hard-headed women like you confuses men." He said and I threw his head away.

He was smiling and snuggle me while saying, "Just kidding, come here. But seriously though."

We were just staring into coming darkness when the door burst open. I pushed Ashton back, hard, too hard that I heard a thud, and pretend that I didn't even see him.

"What is wrong with you?" I heard that it was Luke. I felt relieved and was about to say something but his facial expression was full of anger and quickly went straight to my back.

     Ashton was unconscious.

     At the floor.

     Bleeding.

"Can you please help me?! Can't you see I need a hand here!" What did I do? Was it my fault? Ohmygod. "Quickly!" Luke's voice startled me.

I helped him take him inside but people doesn't seem to notice us. Luke reached my ears and told me to call an ambulance and inform Michael and Calum about this.

He was continuing slapping Ashton to bring him back or if possible, if he was still conscious, to stay still and not fall asleep. "You stay with me. You're fucking bleeding too much. Have you called the ambulance!?" Luke asked.

     I nodded.

I couldn't touch him. I knew it was my fault. I was shivering, aside from this backless dress, fear consumed me. I wanted to cry but tears won't come out.

He suddenly turned his head, to me, I flinched.

Luke must've noticed it. He left Ashton down the floor after he finished giving Ashton first aid.

His hands were full of blood, of Ashton. It terrified me. I took a step back. "Look. It is not your fault. Okay?" Luke told me, trying to calm me down. "It was an accident."

"But I pushed him b-" Michael and Calum came rushing to Ashton. Asking what happened when in all obvious he couldn't even mutter a word.

     "What happened?!" Michael hysterically asked.

"Calm the fuck down. I've given him first aid but it ain't enough. Still need to get to the hospital." Luke explained. Looking like a professional nurse here. He continued, "I think it would need stitches. There's a lot of blood already."

We heard people stopped as well as the music. Calum burst out from the room and called the ambulance staff.
