Short Story #12 - Bleeding Out - Annabeth and Percy

*Battling Gaea*

The Romans have not agreed to fight along side the Greeks.
Now the Greeks are taking on the Giants by themselves. They are failing miserably. So many people have been hurt, including Percy. He was struck in the back by Gaea herself. He is in the middle of the battle. He can't do anything but lie there and bleed out.
Annabeth comes running to him and hold him in her lap, not caring about the blood. Gaea is watching, happy that she is going to win this war.
Percy has accepted that he is going to die. Annabeth has not.
"You're going to be okay." she keeps saying. Everyone on both sides have stopped fighting and is watching the scene before them.
All of a sudden, ambrosia falls from the sky. Annabeth immediately feeds it to Percy, who starts to heal. They both look up and see a giant eagle! The Romans have decided to join the fight!
They then defeat Gaea.
The End.
