Another One?

-Next Week-

Pilar: (laying in bed) De? (nudges him while he sleeps) get up!

Devante: why?!

Pilar: we have to see the doctors today.

Devante: okay, so go get in the shower.

Pilar: wanna come with me? (smiles)

Devante: HELL YEAH! (quickly gets out of bed)

--AT THE HOSPITAL--

-KNOCK KNOCK-

Dr. Jones: hello! 

Pilar: hi!

Dr. Jones: i havent met your husband yet, im Dr. Janine Jones. 

Devante: nice to meet you.

Dr. Jones: same to you. so, im going to put the sonogram camera on you.

-The doctor then puts the jelly and then the camera on her stomach. and they hear the heartbeat.-

Pilar: wow! her heart is beating so fast!!

Dr. Jones: yeah!

Devante: it looks like she has another pair of arms! 

-The doctor looks closely. everyone begins to worry. the doctor then moves the camera around. and says something unexpected.-

Dr. Jones: wow! you have a good eye!

Pilar: is everything alright?

Dr. Jones: yes! i hope you have another room in the house! (smiles)

Pilar: yeah, we do. but for what?

Dr. Jones: you're having twins!!! (smiles)

-Devante then starts to get weak. he takes a seat, fast.-

Devante: oh my god! why Lord? why?!! this is all your fault P.

Pilar: my fault?! how?

Devante: you're the one that wanted the sausage! 

Pilar: you're the one that gave it to me, RAW! next time, cook your meat!

Dr. Jones: okay, okay! ive heard enough. (giggles) yall are going to be fine. so, let me explain: now that i have moved the camera around, and got the camera to view your back, your daughter will be on your right, front. and, your son is on your left, back. so thats why i couldnt see him.

Devante: son? you said son?

Dr. Jones: yes! (smiles)

Devante: yes!!! okay! im happy now. 

Dr. Jones: great! ill print some copies of the sonogram.

---At Phyllis' House---

-Knock Knock-

Phyllis: Malina, go open the door!

-Malina opens the door, to see her sister.-

Pilar: MALINA!! what are you doing here??!!

Malina: (hugs) came to see you and mama. 

Phyllis: im so glad that you could join us!

Pilar: i see that Shaunte's car is out there. where is she?

Shaunte: (coming down the steps) im right here!!

Pilar: im so glad to see yall! hows the baby, Malina?

-They all sit at the island and get their beverages.-

Malina: she's good. Suge's got her for a couple of days. i really do enjoy being with him. in fact, we're getting married. (shows ring).
