----NEXT MORNING----

-Malina walks downstairs into the kitchen, to see Pilar fixing breakfast.-

Malina: good morning!

Pilar: hey!!! how are you feeling?

Malina: nauseous. are you fixing eggs?

Pilar: yea, the boys like eggs. but you know i dont! is the smell bothering you? (says with concern)

Malina: yea, a little. (says with a face of cringe). ill just have some toast and bacon.

Pilar: okay. mama is coming over in a little bit to take you to the airport. but does she know about the baby?

Malina: no. but Suge does. 

Pilar: wow! how did he take it?

Malina: he was very excited. we're getting back together.

Pilar: good! you guys seem to be great together. but does Jo-Jo know about the baby, and Suge?

Malina: nope. i dont really have a reason to tell him. this was more like a fling. i want him to focus on his career, and i want to focus on the baby and Suge. 

Pilar: good! having Suge's baby means that you won't be able to work you know. 

Malina: yeah, i know. he wants be to be a housewife. and im fine with that. 

Pilar: oh, so you guys are gonna move in together? (says while smiling)

Malina: yeah. we talked about this morning. we may get married some time this year.

-Doorbell rings. Malina gets the door.-

Malina: hey mom!

Phyllis: hi baby. 

-They both walk into the kitchen. Phyllis gives Pilar a hug.-

Phyllis: so! what's going on?

Pilar: i see you're quoting my father's song. 

-They all laugh-

Phyllis: very funny Maria.

Pilar: ooooh, are you mad? you called me Maria (laughs)

Malina: but anyways (laughs), mama, i have something really important to talk to you about.

-Pilar gives Malina her plate of food.-

Phyllis: can i have some food too?

-Pilar puts the food on a plate, including the eggs, and handed it to her as they eat, sitting at the kitchen island.-

Malina: ugh! eggs! (covers her nose)

Phyllis: what's wrong with you? are you pregnant or something. (says while eating)

Malina: yes. 

-Both Pilar and Malina looks at her with a serious face. but Phyllis serves Malina a shocked face.-

Phyllis: oh come on Margarita. don't mess around. (eats her eggs).

Pilar: no mama, she's serious. we went to the hospital last night. she's three weeks pregnant. 

-Phyllis looks at Malina with shock on her face, and did the unexpected.-

Phyllis: OMG! (jumps up and down and then hugs Malina) My baby is having a baby!!!! wait a minute. 

-Phyllis stops in her tracks, and then has a serious question for Malina).-

Phyllis: three weeks? you've only been with Jo-Jo for a week.
