Pilar pov:

- I finally wake up to see what time it is. and it's 12pm!! I'm super excited to go home!-

Nurse Lee: hey girly! I hope that I didn't interrupt anything.

Pilar: no, not at all. are those my discharge papers?

Nurse Lee: yes they are. here you go. (hands her the paper and a pen).

Pilar: thank you.

Nurse Lee: sure thing. the doctor is coming in shortly.

Pilar: okay.

-Devante walks in.-

Devante: hey sweet thang! are you excited to go home?!

Pilar: I sure am! hey, did you ask the boys about the move?

Devante: yes, I did! and they are packing up their stuff. (laughs). they are really happy that you considered them.

Pilar: well, its no problem.

-they share an intense smile and stare, until the doctor came in.-

Doctor Chang: hello! i'm doctor Chang. i'm here to explain to you, what your directions for when you go home. okay?

Pilar: okay.

Doctor Chang: okay, great! so when you get home, take it easy. its good to walk around at least 10 minutes each hour, unless you are sleeping, of course. but um, not to get in your business, but is this your significant other?

Pilar: yes, he is.

Doctor Chang: this isn't the one that assaulted you, now is it?

Pilar: no way!!!

Doctor Chang: well, what a relief! well, you guys can't have any sexual intercourse, or finger- insertion. any thing like that. not even tampons. simply because of your scars. now is there anybody staying with you at home?

Devante: I am, sir.

Doctor Chang: wow! Ms. Hyman let that happen?

-they all laugh.-

Pilar: yes, sir. she does.

Doctor Chang: well, alright. I wanna see you back in 3 weeks to check up on you. but other than that, i'm done.

Pilar: thank you so much doctor.

Doctor Chang: no problem.

-doctor Chang leaves.-

Pilar: alright, hand me those clothes, please?

-Devante hands her the clothes.-

Pilar: and can you take these papers to the desk up front? (says as she signs them.)

Devante: ill be back.

Pilar: thank you.

-He leaves and she puts on her clothes.

-Devante comes back in.-

Pilar: I'm all ready!

Devante: good!

-Devante and Pilar arrive at her house. and he helps her out of the car.-

Pilar: don't forget to close my door.

Devante: oops. (laughs).

Pilar: hold this, please.

Devante: hold what?

Pilar: Deez nutz! (laughs).

Devante: not funny!

Pilar: you never heard that before? the Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg album?

Devante: nope.

Pilar: well, I want you to hold my purse.

-Devante takes the purse, and Pilar opens her house door.-

Devante: this is nice!

Pilar: thank you. can you help me upstairs?

Devante: yea sure.

-he carries her upstairs. he stops at the first room. Pilar and Eazy's room.-

Devante: is this your room?

.-they look at the blood on the floor.-

Pilar: yea, but since it has blood on the carpet, i'm gonna wait to sleep in there for a few weeks, so that I can use that as evidence. take me to the next room.

-he carries her into the next room and lays her down on the bed.-

Devante: so speaking of evidence, when are we going to the police station?

Pilar: in a few hours.

Devante: okay. (he says getting next to her on the bed.)

Pilar: for some reason, you've gotten sexier since you had picked me up from the hospital today. I just wanna kiss you. (laughs.)

Devante: well what's stopping you?

-they start kissing. it gets intense. he takes his shoes off. and they scoot closer together. his hands are roaming her body. it reaches her inner thigh. he makes his way to her "secret stash". he massages, as she moans, which shows her approval of him doing that.

Devante: oh you like that, huh?

Pilar: mhm. (she says while kissing him still.)

Devante: well, when you get the "okay" from the doctor, Imma have you screamin.

-they both laugh.-

Pilar: stop! you're so silly. (laughs so more.)

Devante: girl, i'm packing a lot in these pants. you sure you gonna be able to take it? (smirks at her).

Pilar: maybe. (says as she rolls her neck and crosses her arms.)

Devante: mhm. you better be able to take it.

Phyllis: take what Maria?

Pilar: MOTHER?!! what are you doing here? so early, and all. (she says nervously.)

Phyllis: well, I was riding past the house, and I saw a car in the driveway. so I had to see who it was in my baby's house. hello, Devante.

-Devante walks to her Phyllis to give her a huge.-

Devante: nice to see you again, Ms. Hyman.

Phyllis: same here. but um, what is it that you have to take, again?

Pilar: oh, um, my medicine. (looks at Devante swiftly, and he smirks.).

Phyllis: oh yes! that's a must. I see that your new man is looking out for you, Maria.

Pilar: yes he is, mama.

Phyllis: well that's good. are you guys hungry?

Pilar: yes. very!

Phyllis: how about you Devante?

Devante: I would love to have something to eat. thank you.

Phyllis: alright. I'm gonna go to the grocery store.

Pilar: okay. be safe.

-Phyllis leaves.-

Pilar: that was so close! can you imagine if she had caught us doing the nasty? I need an alarm system.

Devante: okay, well ill set that up. but I'm tired, so imma go to sleep.

-he gets in her bed.-

Pilar: my bed? seriously.

-she was waiting for an answer, but he was already snoring.-

Pilar: WTF!!
