Malina Comes To Town

-Shaunte's House-

Shaunte': (walking downstairs) EW! (pinches nose).

Andre: What do you mean 'EW"? you love my eggs. its nice and cheesy.

Shaunte': its making me nauseous. 

Andre: well go back upstairs then. 

Shaunte: i dont know why Im not able to take this smell. 

Andre: you could be pregnant.

Shaunte: when i was pregnant with AJ i didnt have this problem. 

Andre: do you want some tea?

Shaunte: nah! i cant take anything right now. 

---Pilar and Devante's House---

Pilar: slow down Jo-Jo. the food isnt going anywhere. 

Devante: girl, you know your cookin is too good. 

Dalvin: yea! these pancakes are slammin. 

K-ci: i love chocolate chip pancakes. 

Jo-Jo: we gotta go to the studio to finish up the album. thats why im rushin.

Devante: oh yea! i forgot! we gotta be there by 12.

Pilar: baby, it's 11:45.

Dalvin: oh shit!

-The boys all scatter to get their things and left the house.-

-In walks Malina-

Pilar: hey girl!

Malina: well dont you look all refreshed. 

Pilar: (giggles) thank you. do you want something to eat?

Malina: are those your famous chocolate chip pancakes?

Pilar: (grins) yes...

Malina: hell yeah girl! ill take two!

Pilar: (puts pancake mix in the pan to cook) so what bring in town?

Malina: i just wanted to see the family. I miss yall so much. 

Pilar: we miss you too. 

Malina: so any baby news?

Pilar: no. Shaunte is still trying. 

Malina: I know its got to be hard on her. but she will be fine.

Pilar: so where are you staying while you're in town?

Malina: im staying with mom. She's barely home though.

Pilar: she probably has a new man in her life. and you know shes working on her new album. 

Malina: speaking of new albums, are the boys working on anything?

Pilar: yep! it should be out by the end of the summer. im so excited to hear it.

Malina: MAN! what has gotten you feeling so good?

Pilar: well... me and De are back to having sex. (smiles).

Malina: THANK GOD!! im glad you are getting some again. 

Pilar: when we first starting doing it again, i was in so much pain. now, im fine. and girl, he was so happy to get some again that he finished early.

Malina: are you serious?

Pilar: yeah girl! It lasted 15 minutes. but i was happy that he was done, because i was in pain and i was tired. 

---AT Phyllis' House---

Phyllis: (laying in bed, on the phone) Malina is here.

Richard: yeah, she told me that she was going to see you. is she at the house?

Phyllis: no. she's in New Jersey visiting Pilar.

Richard: well, im back home, until she comes back. just so she wont figure things out. 

Phyllis: i miss you. 

Richard: and i love you! 

Phyllis: i think Shaunte needs your support.

Richard: whats going on?

Phyllis: shes having a hard time getting pregnant. She really wants a daughter.

Richard: ill fly out this weekend. I need to spend some time with Pilar and Shaunte anyways. 

---At The Studio---

Devante: you still crying over T-boz? 

Dalvin: man, fuck you.

Jo-Jo: (laughs) so are you and P back to fuckin'?

Devante: hell yeah. and it has been so good to not have to use condoms. knowing that she cant get pregnant from us doin our thang, i love it. 

K-ci: i think Mary may be pregnant. 

Andre: oh yeah? well my girl, right now, is at the doctors seeing if we're gonna have another baby.

Dalvin: word? so both of yall might be bringin new lives into the world. thats nice.

K-ci: nice? no, its scary.

Dalvin: well if you didnt want to get her pregnant, then you shouldve worn a condom.

K-ci: shes on birth control, but sometimes the pill doesnt work.

---At The Doctor's Office---

Shaunte: so am i pregnant?

Dr. Peters: no. you're having these pregnancy symptoms because of the estrogen that is in your medication that i prescribed. but i will say that you are ovulating. between today and next Wednesday, you do have a fair chance of getting pregnant. 

Shaunte: well thats wonderful news!!

Dr. Peters: it is! hopefully this time, i will be delivering your baby girl!

---At Shaunte's House---

Andre: (drinking a beer on the couch) man! NY Jets will always be the greatest football team.

Devante: hell no! the Carolina Panthers are the best.

Dalvin: man whatever. Dallas Cowboys are where its at.

Shaunte': (runs in the house) ANDRE! (grabs him) WE NEED TO GO UPSTAIRS NOW!

-She drags him upstairs and they get to performing magic.-

Jo-Jo: i think thats our cue to leave.
