-At Pilar's House-
Shaunte: (walks into the bedroom) here's your orange juice. mom is downstairs making your breakfast. (sits on bed) how are you feeling?
Pilar: sore!! very sore! but im glad that i got this procedure done. (sips drink)
Shaunte: yeah, well now you can focus on yourself and work. (smiles faintly)
Pilar: whats wrong?
Shaunte: im just sad about having a hard time getting pregnant.
Pilar: it will happen. im sure! just be patient. one day, you will be walking around with a baby girl!
--AT THE STUDIO--
Dalvin: man! im ready to get back in my bed!
Devante: not yet!
K-Ci: its 7 in the morning! im tired!
Jo-Jo: shut up! we gotta get this album done. and hows Pilar?
Devante: shes good! no more kids though.
K-Ci: word?! thats great!
Devante: (checking his pager) yeah, i guess. its just that its so official.
Dalvin: you gotta think about P. she has to carry these children and be their mom. its hard for her. the fact that shes still breast feeding the twins is stressful. i mean she has to supply milk for 5 kids!!
Devante: youre right.
--BACK AT THE HOUSE--
Phyllis: (walks in the bedroom) heres your food.
Pilar: thanks mama!
Phyllis: so how is everything Shaunte? any baby news?
Shaunte: nope. i took a test last week, and im not.
Pilar: did you see a doctor yet?
Shaunte: speaking of that, she asked me to come see her today. i need to get going over there.
Pilar: alright. well let us know what happens.
--AT THE DOCTORS OFFICE--
Dr. Graves: So Shaunte, lets talk about your blood tests and your other results. So your blood tests show that you were pregnant, but...
Shaunte: but what?
Dr. Graves: when you were bleeding that night that you took a pregnancy test, that turned out to not be your period. you were actually having a miscarriage.
Shaunte: OH JESUS CHRIST!
Dr.Graves: i must be honest, this pregnancy was way to complicated for you to be able to keep full term.
Shaunte: i wonder how long i was pregnant for.
Dr.Graves: well i saw you a month before your took your blood test, now its two weeks later. i believe that you were only pregnant for two weeks.
Shaunte: wow!
Dr. Graves: i would say to keep trying. no need in changing your diet since you are eating well. but stop stressing. and when you have sex, dont do it simply for baby-making, just relax and have fun. babies are usually made that way.
--AT SHAUNTE AND ANDRE'S HOUSE--
Andre: (in the kitchen) hey babe! how was the doctors?
Shaunte: (sits at the counter) it was fine. she said that i was pregnant for a couple of weeks, but i lost it that night that i took that test.
Andre: so that wasnt your period?
Shaunte: nope. she said to stop stressing and just have fun when having sex.
Andre: yeah! 'cause i certainly do! (giggles)
Shaunte: (giggles) very funny.
--AT PILAR'S HOUSE--
Pilar: (answers phone) hello?
Malina: hey girl!
Pilar: hey!! how are you?
Malina: im good! feeling better?
Pilar: my stomach is still sore, but i should be back to normal next week.
Malina: good! ive been calling Shaunte, but she hasnt been answering. is she okay?
Pilar: yeah. shes just trying for another baby. im sure she'll call you back.
Malina: yeah, maybe. im sure its nice to know that everytime you and De get it on, you dont have to worry about getting pregnant. (giggles)
Pilar: it surely is!!
Malina: (hears Marianna) o shit! i gotta call you back. Marianna is crying. (hangs up).
Pilar: good thing i got a nanny. (eats Ice Cream).
