-Next Morning-

-Pilar walks into the wardrobe room at the recording studio, only to see Shaunte.-

Shaunte: whats gotten you so happy? 

Pilar: Devante... (smiles as she puts her purse down on the table).

Shaunte: well what happened?

Pilar: he asked me about the baby.

Shaunte: wait what? what do you mean?

Pilar: he noticed, when i was wearing the maternity dress, that i had a baby bump, so he asked me how far along i was.

Shaunte: yeah, everybody was talking about your baby bump at the party. so how does he feel about a new edition to the family?

Pilar: hes okay with it. of course we were okay with just taking care of the twins for right now, but since God gave us this blessing, we're happy.

Shaunte: well good! i am cancelling the order for the clothes, since you will be bigger by time you start the tour. So ill reorder them a month before the tour starts. Just stay in shape please. 

Pilar: you know i cant excersise like that, because i have complicated pregnancies. 

Shaunte: yeah, i forgot. hows the morning sickness?

Pilar: terrible! i threw up once while i was sleeping, and another after i woke up.

-Pilar's phone rings. she answers.-

Pilar: hello?

Phyllis: CONGRATULATIONS BABY!!

Pilar: on what? (giggles)

Phyllis: oh dont play stupid! everybody at the baby shower yesterday figured out that youre pregnant. how are you feeling?

Pilar: nauseous. 

Phyllis: i know baby! so how far along are you?

Pilar: one month.

Phyllis: thats it?? youre stomach is huge.

Pilar: i know. ive been eating a lot. 

Phyllis: yeah, well i was just calling to tell you congrats! ill talk to you later.

Pilar: bye mom!

-they hang up.-

Pilar: man! i have an interview at 1. i need to get there now!

Shaunte: you need a better outfit. (grabs a blazer and hands it to her).

Pilar: thanks. (rushes out)

---IN THE STUDIO---

Devante: (walks into the studio) hey yalls!

Jo-Jo: aye mane! whats cracking?

Devante: nothing much.

K-ci: congrats on the baby. (giggles) you ready for another sexless and sleepless time period?

Devante: maaaannneee!! hell no! i cant believe this happened!

Dalvin: well you only have a few more months until the baby gets here.

Devante: a few? shes only one month.

Dalvin: damn! shes one month? shes huge!

Jo-Jo: how come you didnt tell us about the baby?

Devante: i found out yesterday. just like everybody else did. (sits down)

Dalvin: you mean to tell me that she didnt tell you until last night?

Devante: actually, i had to ask her about the baby. she undressed in front of me, thinking that i wasnt going to notice her stomach. at first, when she wore that dress, i was like "okay, she must not be going to the gym like she used to, because she got shot" but then when people started to talk to me about her having a baby bump, i was like "WTF! what baby?" so when she got undressed, i could see her stomach in full view. its almost like she's ready to pop.

Jo-Jo: welp! congrats!

---AT THE VIDEO SOUL INTERVIEW---

Donnie Simpson: welcome back to the show! i have a very special guest. welcome back to Video Soul Pilar. 

Pilar: (grins) thank you.

Donnie: so how are the twins?

Pilar: they are good! i love them to death.

Donnie: you'll be leaving them soon for the tour. are you nervous about that?

Pilar: no, not really. i just know that im leaving one job to go to another one. 

Donnie: November will be here before you know it. will you be spending Thanksgiving on tour? 

Pilar: yes. i will be in the states though, and my children will be able to flight at that time, so we will all have dinner together. i think i will be in Cali, so dinner might be at my sister's house.

Donnie: so how is everything going with the production, the choreography, the wardrobe?

Pilar: everything is going well. i cant really do the whole dancing thing because i was shot, and so my heart could give out. but the wardrobe is coming along. (smiles)

Donnie: (laughs) i know that look. whats wrong P?

Pilar: well... (smiles and then unbuttons her blazer) i have this situation here. (smiles)

-Donnie's face shows shock, as he grins.-

Donnie: wow!!!! when did this happen?

Pilar: (laughs) a month ago. 

Donnie: a month? you look like you're farther along than that. 

Pilar: yeah. im actually surprised about this new edition to the family. 

Donnie: i am too! whens the baby due?

Pilar: January. 

Donnie: um!! wont you still be on tour?

Pilar: hopefully the baby will wait until im done with the American tour. then ill get some time off to spend it with my newborn, and my 1 year olds.

Donnie: thats right!! February right?

Pilar: yep! 

Donnie: so after this baby, will yall be done?

Pilar: no! i want 4 kids in total. and then after that, im done!! no more kids. imma get my tubes tied.

Donnie: (laughs) wow! okay, well thank you for joining us. you will be singing one of your songs from the album after the break, so make sure yall dont click that remote.
