Shocking Revelations: Conclusion

-CONTINUATION-

Devante: WHAT IS GOING ON?!

Pilar: DJ stopped breathing. (starts to cry)

Devante: oh my god! we need to go to the hospital now!

-Pilar is so distraught that she cant move. Devante has to pick her up and put her in the car, along with her crutches.-

-At The Hospital-

-Devante and Pilar hurries to the NICU, where they see Shaunte and Malina.-

Pilar: whats going on? what happened?

Malina: (tries to calm Pilar down) honey, calm down! everything is going to be okay. DJ is being taken care of.

Pilar: but what-- what (clutches chest) happened?

Malina: he was turning blue, and i had to let the nurse know about it. and the team of nurses and doctors got right on it.

Pilar: but why did he stop breathing?

Malina: i dont know.

-In walks Phyllis, panicking.-

Phyllis: what happened?

Malina: (leaves Pilar and walks to Phyllis) DJ stopped breathing.

-Pilar breathes heavily, while Devante is trying to watch the nurses and doctors take care of his son. Pilar takes on last breath, followed by her collapsing on the cold, dirty hospital floor.-

Phyllis: OH MY GOD! PILAR?!?!!?

-Doctors, Devante, her sisters and mom rushes to Pilar's body. she starts to seize.-

-Doctors then puts Pilar on a stretcher, and whisks her away to the adult emergency room. Devante then follows her and the doctors. Malina, Shaunte and Phyllis stays with the baby.-

--In The Emergency Room--

-Pilar's heart rate leaves, and they do CPR. after 5 tries, her heart rate comes back, but it's a weak heartbeat.-

--2 hours later--

-In Pilar's hospital room-

Devante: how you feelin? (sits by her bedside)

Pilar: (says weakly) im okay.

-Pilar then remembers that DJ was the reason why she came to the hospital in the first way.-

Pilar: hows DJ?

Devante: he's fine. (smiles)

Pilar: really? (grins)

Devante: yes honey! he had a lot of mucus stuck in his throat. he's good now.

Pilar: wonderful! where's my sisters and mom?

Devante: with the babies.

Pilar: okay. but, what the fuck happened to me?

Devante: you had a heart attack, and then a seizure.

Pilar: ive never seized before.

Devante: honey, you were under a lot of stress. your body couldnt handle it. you even died for 5 minutes.

Pilar: hmm. (giggles) is that why i heard Marvin calling my name?

Devante: did you see anybody? Demita maybe?

Pilar: no. but im glad, because that wouldve meant that i was accepted into heaven and that yall wouldnt have been able to bring me back. (giggles). im not done on this planet. i still need to be a mother, and a wife. forget my career. i need to be here for yall.
