Unexpected Arrival

Pilar pov:

-Pilar is sleeping comfortably, when all of a sudden she feels a pair of eyes watching her. she wakes up wit fear.-

Pilar: What the hell are you doing here?!

E: I came to see how my sweetness was doing. (smiles and rubs her thigh.)

-Pilar smacks his hand off of her.-

Pilar: keep your hands off of me.

E: ain't no need of being feisty sugar. (smirks). how are you doing? you look... terrible.

-Pilar just stares at him, with fear in her eyes. scared of what he may do to her.-

E: oh so you're not gonna answer me? maybe if I slap you- (he slaps her on the face)- you will answer, huh?

Pilar: I'm getting the nurse!!! (looks for her hospital remote, but can't find it.)

E: I knew that you would look for an easy way out, so I unhooked the remote while you were sleeping.

Pilar: how long were you here for?

E: 30 minutes. you know, you've always been a heavy sleeper. (laughs)

-Pilar stares at him as he walks around the room.-

Pilar: why are you here?!!

E: hey girl!! you betta stop that yelling. I came here to see you. I miss your sexy face. or what used to be--- sexy face.

Pilar: you have some nerve saying all of this, when you were the one that did this to me. How did you get in here?

E: none of the nurses saw me. well I must go. I will see you later, honey. (kisses her on the neck, as Pilar squeals from disgust.)

-E leaves.-

-once he had left, nurse Lee comes in.-

Nurse Lee: wow! that's another visitor! you are truly loved! (smiles).

Pilar: I need a that trash bag. (points to the plastic grocery bag that had the food that Phyllis bought her.)

-Nurse Lee gets her for her.-

Pilar: turn around!

-nurse Lee does what she says.-

-Pilar starts throwing up.-

-Nurse Lee flinches at the disturbing sounds.-

Pilar: okay. i'm finished. you can turn around now.

-nurse lee turns around.-

Nurse Lee: do you feel better.

Pilar: much better. (laughs then smiles.)

nurse Lee: did you eat something bad?

Pilar: nope. I just saw something really disgusting. that's all.

nurse Lee: well, i'm still gonna need to test your vomit. it's protocol.

Pilar: okay.

-Nurse Lee takes the bag and then leaves.-

====== 2 HOURS LATER======

-Devante comes into the room.-

Devante: hey baby. how are you? (kisses her cheek, and smells a manly fragrance on her.) What's that smell P?

-Pilar is so scared to tell him that E was there earlier.-

Pilar: well, um, E... was here.

Devante: are you serious!!! are you hurt?

-Pilar is still scared to tell him.-
