Pixee_Styx is an amazing writer and ambassador on Wattpad, and has written books such as 'Guts' which has 235k reads and 'She Was His First' which has 156k reads. It was amazing to interview them and here is what they had to say!

Why did you start writing on Wattpad?

I used to write on Quizilla (does anyone remember that anymore?) and when that site changed, I had to find a new site. I had read a few books on Wattpad before, when the site was very early on, and liked the vibes here...so here I am.

Which book has been the most fun to write?

The most fun book for me so far has definitely been Swallow. I loved going down that spiral of evil with Mildred and bending boundaries to see what I could do with her character's little dark passenger. (Dexter reference!)

What's the best part about writing on Wattpad?

The best part about writing on Wattpad is the feedback. It's so wonderful to see the readers interacting with the writer this way! It greatly helps writers like me, whose family or friends don't read their stories.

What's been your proudest moment on Wattpad?

My proudest moment on Wattpad was becoming an ambassador. I love giving back to the site that has done so much for me. <3

What's the hardest part about writing on Wattpad?

The hardest part of writing on Wattpad is keeping a solid updating schedule. I tend to update randomly, though I really would like to give my readers a day to expect such things.

What are the best comments to receive on chapters?

The best comments are the ones that usually come at plot twists. I love seeing the shock and excitement from everyone.

And finally, what advice would you give to a new writer on Wattpad?

If you're new on Wattpad, the best advice I can give is to stay active. Mingle with other writers. Read their stuff, comment on it. Update regularly. And most importantly, don't give up!
