broken trust

rachel arrived at her house with kurt and blaine who had followed her in blaine's car as soon as she walked into the house leroy jumped up from the couch.

" where is jacob" he asked

" with sebastian he is having him over night" rachel said

" good" hiram said as he walked over to her.

" rach is going to stay at mine tonight if thats alright" blaine said

" absolutely..." leroy started to say

" no way" hiram said

" hiram" leroy said

" no leroy she has proven to me that she cant be trusted so no more sleepovers for her" hiram said rachel couldnt help but get emotional she felt embarrassed infront of her friends.

" hiram its blaine " leroy said

" i meant what i said leroy we trusted her she let us down so no sleepovers no parties and no boyfriends " hiram said

" can she atleast come out for dinner with us" kurt asked

" i think she had better focus on the school work she has missed rather than socialising" hiram said

" kurt blaine thank you for been my friends but i think im going to bed" rachel said and ran up the stairs to her room.

as soonnhas her bedroom door was closed she burst into tears then she looked at his empty crib picked up his blanket  cuddled it to her and crumbled to the floor sobbing. she sobbed for her son and for herself she didnt know how long she stayed there on the floor but only got up once she was utterly exhausted.

she climbed into bed still dressed and still clutching jacobs blanket to her and fell into a restless sleep.

the next morning

rachel felt someone gently shaking her as she opened her eyes she saw sebastian stood by her bed holding jacob.

" morning" he said

" morning what time is it" rachel asked sitting up as sebastian placed jacob in her arms he was awake and gurgling up at her.

" its two minutes past ten" sebastian said

" oh" rachel said he had brought him back on time

" how has he been" rachel said as she cuddldd jacob

" fine" sebastian said

" did he sleep" rachel asked

" no not really" sebastian asked

" sounds about right " rachel said

" how come your in bed" sebastian asked

" what" rachel asked

" i thought you were staying at blaine's " sebastian said

" so did i" rachel said as hiram walked into her room opened her door fully open gave sebastian an extremely scrutinising look and left.

" what happened" sebastian asked

" he wouldnt let  me go to blaine's " rachel said sebastian nodded

" still did you have a nice meal at breadstix " sebastian asked

" i wasnt allowed there either" rachel said

" but..." sebastian started to say

" just leave it" rachel said

" i have something for you" sebastian said  getting an envelope out of his inside pocket and handing it to her.

" what is it" rachel asked

" support " sebastian said

" but your dad said no support" rachel said

" yeah well he doesnt know about it so dont worry about it" sebastian said

" so he was really alright last night" rachel asked

" he was fine honestly " sebastian said

an awkward silence fell between them like it usually did

" can i see him tomorrow " sebastian asked

" you dont have to ask all i do say is text incase im not home although according to my dad im going to be home a lot of the time" rachel said

" its unfair though you need a break" sebastian said

" i broke their trust" rachel said

" once i break my parent's trust regularly " sebastian said as jacob started to cry

" ooh think his diaper needs changing" rachel said moving to get out of bed.

" i will do it" sebastian said taking jacob he carried him over to the changinb tabke and got to work on the diaper rachel wwtched feeling alittle more relaxed about last night sebastian clearly was capable.

" there we are all clean " sebastian said handing him back to rachel

" thank you " rachel said

" right then daddy has to go yes i do but i will be back yes i will" sebastian said in the same baby voice as yesterday only this time he seemed slightly more embarrassed.

" see you tomorrow " sebastian said before kissing jacob

" bye" rachel said

she held jacob for ages he was holding her finger looking up at her with his green eyes.

a short while later hiram walked in rachel tensed up then saw he was crying

" daddy" rachel said

" oh honey i am so sorry about last night i freaked out and i was wrong well i wasnt wrong you did get pregnant after all but i realise now kurt and blaine were trying to take your mind off of been apart from jacob for the first time. i should have realised i am truly sorry rachel uou can stay at kurt or blaine's aslong has sebastian has jacpb or you take him with you. i was however serious about the parties and boyfriends" hiram said

" daddy i never want to drink again and apart from jacpb boys are more trouble than they are worth" rachel said

" as an apology for last night how about i whip up the berry family recipe chocolate cake" hiram said

" i never say no to your cake" rachel said

" i will go get to it then sweetheart" hiram said he got up and left the room a moment later leroy walked in

" thank you for talking to him" rachel said

" i didnt" leroy said sitting down on her bed looking at jacob

" i dont understand " rachel said

" sebastian spoke to him" leroy said

" what" rachel said surprised

" after he left your room he camd downstairs and told us how upset you were about been away from jacob and how you only agreed to it because you thought you would be at blaine's for him and kurt to distract you" leroy said

" oh. "rachel said

" shall i dress jacob" leroy said he asked like he was helping her but rachel knew leroy loved dressing him.
