he isnt that bad

awkward for all the right reasons

they spent the evening at home watching Netflix and cuddling they bathed jacob together before putting him to bed.

kurt had sent her dozens of messages asking what had happened  she had replied saying he would know soon enough and that is wasnt anything bad.

" so you wanna watch another movie" sebastian said as they left her room rachel holding the baby monitor

" yeah we can do " rachel said

they spent the entire movie cuddled up on the couch until rachel could hardly keep her eyes open.

" shall we go to bed" sebastian said that did it her eyes opened wide in shock sebastian who was turning the tv off hadnt seen her reaction until he turned round.

" what " heasked seeing her looking shocked

" what did you just say" rachel said

" shall we go to bed... oh god i didnt mean it like thst i meant shall we go up to bed... i mean separately" sebastian said

" you had me worried there" rachel said standing up.

" look rach believe me i would love to but there is far more at stake for us i would rather take it slow and us last " sebastian said stroking her cheek.

" it a school night so dont be to late seb " maggie called through from a different sitting room.

" we are going up now" sebastian called back

once in rachel's room she went jnto the bathroom to get ready for bed sebastian stood watching jacob sleeping he had finally started to sleep better not great but better than he used to.

as rachel walked out of her bathroom sebastian turned and walked over to her wrapping his arms around ber thry began to kiss racbel got lost in.

" goodnight" sebastian said as thry broke part.

" goodnight" rachel said before he left.

rachel got into bed with a smile on her face suddenly the unsure future she was facing didnt seem that daunting anymore.

the next day.

rachel was working from home school work wise this week so maggie was watching jacob while rachel did her best to concentrate which was hard given she kept thinking about the kisss sebastian had given her before he left for school. he had told her it was to last her until he got home he was right it was all she could think about.

sebastian rang her as soon as the school day ended saying her was going to pick them both up a coffee and then would be home.

rachel left her room where she had been working and went downstairs maggie handed jacob to her as he had strted crying for her as he saw her walking down the stairs. rachel cuddled her little boy in her arms as he smiled at her making her heart melt he was so cute.

rachel heard a car she thought it would be nice if she and jacob greeted sebastian as he got out of his car so she headed to the front door only it wasnt sebastian it was kurt.

" oh hey kurt " rachel said

" hey diva everything alright" kurt asked she should have known he would rush over to know what was going on.

" yeah everything is fine" rachel said as sebastian pulled up behind kurts car and got out.

" hello kurt " sebastian said

" hello" kurt saod looking suspiciously at him as he walked over.

sebastian was carrying their coffees as he bent and kissed jacob on his forehead and before rachel knew it he kissed her the gasp form kurt was unlike any she had heard before.

rachel wondered what kurt was going to say as they broke apart sebastian wws looking very pleased with himself as he smugly smiled at kurt.

" i...um" kurt stuttered

" yes kurt we are together" sebastian said

" oh" kurt said then went silent which wasnt very kurt

" kurt" rachel asked a minute later has he hadnt said anything

" well its about time really isnt it" kurt said

" what" rachel asked surprised that kurt was smiling

" well he aint my fravorite person but i have realised he isnt as bad as i thought he was im sure he would say the same about me" kurt said

" no not really" sebastian asked rachel elbowed him

" just kidding i know how much you have helped rachel with jacob and when she was pregnant and i will always be thankful for that" sebastian said

" kurt" blaine yelled they hadnt seen him arrive

" its ok he knows" sebastian said

" wait you knew" kurt said to blaine

" no i knew he had feeling for her but i didnt know he had told her i wondered if yesterday that was whatbhe was going to say" blaine said

" why didnt you tell me" kurt asked lookin hurt

" because your a blabber mouth" sebastian said

" kurt it wasnt my secret to tell" blaine said

" look all that matters is i love her she knows she loves me how or when or who knew doesnt matter" sebastian said

" i guess so " kurt said
