that afternnon maggie had gone to see her divorce lawyer hiram had gone to work and leroy was working from home on his tablet computer. rachel and sebastian were sat on the floor as jacob was on his play mat he was  looking up at thr dangling toys above him with gurgling away.

rachel had messaged kurt and blaine about what had happened yesterday and they said they were coming to see her after school and that they had a surprise for her.

rachel was always alittle on edge when kurt and sebastian were in the same room as each other.

" i heard a car" leroy said rachel looked at the clock

" it will be kurt and blaine" rachel said getting up off the floor to let them in.

" oh diva are you alright what a bastard" kurt said hugging her

" are you guys staying for dinner" leroy asked

" no thanks we are treating sam to a meal at breadstixs " kurt said as there was a knock at the front door just as jacob started crying.

rachel tuck jacob from sam to try to stop him crying as blaine opened the front door it was maggie back from seeing her divorce lawyer she was smiling.

" everything go alright" rachel asked

" yes better than i thought you know my father was a lawyer and he didnt want Charles to cheat me in our pre nuptuial agreement as it stands he is legally obliged to pay for sebastian's education until he is eighteen. i can stay in the house while sebastian is under eighteen so all in all its not do bad" maggie said
