its now Tuesday rachel is on her way home from school she is excited as today she and sebastian have booked a photo session with a photographer for jacob. maggie had prepaid for it for her birthday the photographer is coming to the house to do it she cant wait to see jacob looking even more cute in his outfits that she and sebastian had decided he should wear for it.
as rachel arrives home she sees sebastian's car already in the driveway as she park up and quickly heads into the house. while the photos will mainly be of jacob they want some taken with them too so she wants a shower and to change.
rachel enters her bedroom and sees sebastian holding jacob who has clearly just woken up from a nap he is smiling but still waking up.
" baby" rachel said kissing him
" dont i get one " sebastian asked rachel kissed him
" that was shocking wasnt it jacob mommy not giving daddy a kiss shocking " sebastian said
" i was about to" rachel said before heading to the ensuite bathroom to have a shower.
an hour later and rachel was now dressed in a pink summer dress and laying out the pile of clothes for jacob who was now in his bouncy chair sebastian was having a shower.
the photographer arrived and began setting up in thr living room sebastian was now downstairs looking gorgeous in a crisp mulberry coloured shirt and jeans.
" we are good looking family" sebastian said as he checked rachel out in her dress.
" we are" rachel said
" ready when you are" the photographer said rachel had dressed jacob in the bear outfit sebastian had gotton him it only just fit him now he looked super cute in it.
rachel stood watching as jacob was sat on some cushions having the first photos taken sebastian was stood next to here he pulled her into a cuddle as they watched jacob smiling at the camera.
" he is an natural " the photographer said
the next photo was jacob wearing the outfit kurt had gotton him it was designed like the warbler blazer sebastian hadnt seen it yet.
" aww how cute is that" sebastian said as rachel had dressed jacob.
" you should put yours on and have a photo taken with him" rachel said sebastian didnt need anymore encouragement.
they had a num er of photos taken some with each of them holding jacob some with all three of them then a few with maggie holding him.
after the photographer had left jacob was tired so rachel bathed him and put him to bed they headed downstairs to have dinner.
" wasnt he a star" sebastian said as she reached the bottom of the stairs
" he really was" rachel admitted
" he takes after you seb you loved been photographed you still do" maggie said as she brought a large bowl of padta through from the kitchen.
" was he ever shy" rachel asked
" nope" maggie laughed
" i don't know why people think im this overly confident smug person " sebastian said
" because you are" maggie said
" mom " sebastian said pretending like he was hurt.
" its ok though rach and i love all the more for it" maggie said sebastian smirked
after eating some pasta rachel and sebastian headed up to bed sebastian had been reading her fathers diaries to her when she asked him to and tonight she really wanted him to.
only as they laid cuddled up in bed and he opened a different diary to the one he had been reading room an envelope fell out onto his chest.
" what is it" rachel asked
" dont know shall i open it or do you want to" sebastian asked
" you do it" rachel said
" ok" sebastian said tearing the small white envelope open
" what is it" rachel asked
" its a little brochure for a bed and breakfast just outside westerville " sebastian said
" thsts weird " rachel said
" there is a note too" sebastian said
" a letter" rachel said
" no like a post it note it says take rachel to the oaklands bed and breakfast " sebastian said
" i dont understand " rachel said
" handpg on im just reading the page it fell out of your dads stayed there for their honeymoon they wrote if they were lucky enough to be blessed witha child then they would want to take him or her there" sebastian said
" so they were going to take me" rachel asked
" i bet it was one of the plans for your birthday as this brochure looks pretty new" sebastian said rachel got emotional.
" we should go you me and jacob for a weekend make it a family tradition" sebastian said
" i would like that" rachel said
" i will ring them tomorrow " sebastian said
they settled back down and sebastian flicked through the diary to find a nice entry to read them he sat bolt up in bed.
" seb" rachel said worried
" oh my god" sebastian said
" seb what is it your scarying me " rachel said
" your not going to believe this but tomorrow after school we have to go to your house" sebastian said
" but why" rachel asked
" because there is a drawing in this diary with directions of something we need to dig up" sebastian said
" does it say what" rachel asked confused.
" your dads buried something and we need to find it" sebastian said
