as rachel was placing jacob in his car seat to take him home sebastian came out of the  house and started walking over to her.

" i was meaning to ask if you had any trouble today at school " sebastian asked

" no" rachel said not wanting to mention the incident with the doll as she was embarrassed about it

" funny a little birdie told me about a doll" sebastian said

" oh that it was nothing just a joke and i dont know who did it" rachel said

" i see well if you do have an trouble let me know" sebastian said

" ok" rachel said feeling embarrassed

the next day

as rachel was leaving school sebastian rang her to say if she wanted he would bring jacob to the lima bean to save her driving to westerville.

rachel arrived before he did so she got a coffee and sat waiting only as she sat thwre she heard a voice behind her.

" well if it isnt the slut of mckinley " dave karosky said she didnt turn round to look at him she knew it was him she hadnt seen him arrive.

" not talking to me im surprised then again you are more of a girl of action aint you beaky. people say how drunk yoy  must have been i think that preppy dick you slept with must have been the one to get so drunk after all why would he have chosen you" dave karosky said rachel felt her eyes prickle with tears

" hey leave her alone"  a guy in dalton uniform who she didnt know said to him

" whats it to you oh wait are you her next customer " dave said rachel felt humiliated

" alright thats enough you have a choice you can piss off out of here and leave her alone or i will make it so you can never have children your choice" the guy said

" fine see you at school" dave said to her before leaving the lima bean.

" ok you you must be rachel i have heard alot about you im hunter claringtion i transferred to dalton yesterday i just joined the warblers its a pleasure to meet you" hunter said

" you to and thank you" rachel said feeling really embarrassed now

" mind if i join you all the warblers are meeting here" he asked

" no" rachel said as he went to order his coffee how could she say no after he stuck up for her

a few minutes later he sat down at her table and then showed her a photo of a cute little toddler on his phone.

" thats sean he is my sisters little boy he is fourteen minths old i love hi. to bits" hunter said

" he is beautiful " rachel said

" seb showed me a photo of jacob he is a cutie." hunter said

" thank you " rachel said standing up

" everything alright " hunter asked

" my coffee has gone cold gonna get another one" rachel said

" allow me" hunter said surprising her by getting up

a few minutes later and hunter was sat back at the table having gotton her coffee

" here" rachel said handing him the money

" no my treat" hunter said

" i insist on paying for it" rachel said

" no seb helped me out letting me into the warblers if it costs me a coffee thats a small price to pay" hunter said

"  so are you liking dalton" rachel asked

" yeah i admit i was rather intimidated by seb when i first met him" hunter said

" i can believe that" rachel said

" he cant be so bad if he has a girl like you " hunter said rachel was surprised hunter must think they were together.

" we..." rachel started to say as sebastian arrived at her side with the stroller jacob was asleep.

" hello" sebastian said rather coldly

" hey" rachel said

" i didnt realise you knew rachel " sebastian said to hunter  rachel didnt like the look on sebastian's face

" i dont i just met her" hunter said looking equally bafflee by his expression.

" oh really" sebastian said

" yeah i arrived to find a guy been mean to her i was raised to be respectful of women so i stepped in i figured with what he was saying she was jacob's mom" hunter said

" i thought you said you werent getting hassled" sebastian said to rachel

" i wasnt then" rachel said

" how lucky you were here hunter" sebastian said

" i think im going to get jacob home" rachel said standing up not caring for how sebastian was acting

" fine" sebastian said he then headed to the counter to get a coffee.

rachel having nodded a goodbye to hunter left the lima bean and headed to her car just as she was about to get in after putting jacob in his car seat sebastian arrived at the side of her car.

" i meant what i said if you have trouble you tell me not him me" sebastian said

" what is with you" rachel asked

" what do you mean" sebastian asked

" your in a foul mood i havent done anything wrong and niether has hunter i arrived at the lima bean i was waiting for you dave  karosky starting saying stuff next thing i knew hunter was telling him off. he then told me he figured i was jacob's mom. he showed me a photo of his nephew then you turned up acting all moody" rachel said

" so you really dont know him then" sebastian asked

" no " rachel said

" do you have his number" sebastian said rachel wondered why he would even care about that.

" no" rachel said

" keep it that way" sebastian said then walked off back towards the lima bean rachel was starting to get a headache
" this is my life now" rachel muttered to herself as she pulled out of the parking lot
