sleepover

its friday night sebastian has gone away with the dalton lacrosse team they have a game  tomorrow in a town a few hours away.

rachel is at quinn's house with jacob the two girls have become good friends rachel is having a sleepover.

they are up in quinn's room having ordered pizza they are st on the bedroom floor eating jacob is asleep in his travel cot.

" so you and sebastian " quinn said

" you and hunter" rachel said

" i have to admit dalton boys really are something " quinn said

" so its going well " rachel asked

" yeah it is he is so sweet its weird he is muscular and that but he is really sweet and kind he makes me feel special.  i told him about beth he was great about it i told how some nights i cry for her wondering how she is he told me next time i do i should call him no mattwr what night of night it is" quinn said

" thats so sweet" rachel said

" yeah but thats enough about me what about you be honest how long have you had feelings for him" quinn said

" you know i have been asking myself that question i dont honestly know so much has happened i have so much to think about its like it was there but i hadn't realised sounds stupid i know " rachel said

" it doesnt sound stupid at all" quinn said

" i was so worried about kurt" rachel said

" kurt spoke to me a few weeks ago" quinn said

" really" rachel asked surprised

" yeah he was at school crying" quinn said

" kurt was crying" rachel asked

" yeah because he was so worried about you he told me he hated the thought of you repeating senior year and been here and him been in new york and not been able to help you and be here for you. he told me he had tried tk get finn to get you to forgive him as finn is to work for kurt's dad burt at his tyre shop. i think kurt thought if you guys got back back together it would mean finn would look after you. then kurt realised you really didnt want finn anymore he was worried you were going to be lonely" quinn said rachel felt her eues fill with tears.

" and i have to be honest i kind of suspected sebastian liked you the day we moved your things in to his moms house. he couldnt take his eyes off you we all noticed it even santana she said you should jump on him to cheer yourself up" quinn said rachel spat out the drink she had just taken in shock.

" yeah she has a way with words santana doesnt she" quinn said

" yeah she does i cant believe you all saw it and i didnt" rachel said

" you had a lot going on plus and i know this is partly my fault but you dont have the best history with guys so maybe deep dosn toy did know but you were scared you have lost so much rachel." quinn said as jacob woke up crying.

" can i see to him" quinn asked rachel nodded and quinn picked him up and set about changing his diaper.

" you ok" rachel said

" yeah as much as i miss beth i know for her i made the right decision can i ask what made you keep jacob " quinn asked

" shelby" rachel said she looked at quinn to see her reaction given shelby had adopted beth.

" shelby told you to keep him" quknn asked confused

" i thought how hard it must have been for her to give me up then she turned up and didnt really want a relationship with me it hurt. when i found out i was pregnant i thought if i gave him up and then he found me and i had this amazing career like my mom had. he would think he was a stupid mistake that i tuck care off i know how that felt and i couldnt do it to him. " rachel said.

" do you think i was wrong to give beth up" quinn asked havkng finished changing jacob.

" no you had to do what was right for beth and for you only a mother can make the decision to either keep her child or not. i have alotmof respect for your decision " rachel said

" how did you tell sebastian you were pregnant." quinn asked

" i went to dalton to tell him blaine went with me i thought it best that kurt not be there he as in the warbler room. o asked him if we could talk he agreed we went into an empty classroom and i said i was pregnant he froze then he just stared at me then he said no ans shook his head. i said yes i was he burst into tears sakd he couldnt believe it he paced  infront of me. i told him i was going to have and keep the baby and that ot was up to him if he wanted to be involved. i said i would understand if he didnt that it was his choice. he was silent for a while then he walked over to me tuck hold of my hand told me he was going to be there for everything the pregnancy the birth and once the baby was here. " rachel said

" he is a good dad" quinn said

" he is" rachel said

" its like puck i saw a completely different side to him when i was having beth" quinn said

" i know whwtvyoy mean its like until it really matters you see a totally different side them i remember when jacob was born it was the day after he was born. i was still i was still in hospital i was exhausted jacob needed changing sebastian arrived and he sorted him out i was watching him been so gentle it was hard to believe the guy i was watching treating jacob like he was the most delicate thing on this earth  as the same guy who had blackmailed me" rachel said

" i forgot about him doing that" quinn giggled

" yeah" rachel giggled

" he has proven himself though " quinn said

" yeah he has" rachel said
