rachel and sebastian stood looking at the sight of maggie looking so happy she looked the happiest rachel had ever seen her.

" mom" sebastian asked

" ohh seb we are finally going to be free of him" maggie said

" mom what has happened" sebastian asked

" i had taken jacob out for a walk then i came back i noticed the answer machind was flashing it was a message from your dad. he told me that given recent events he is on damage control to save his reputation he really does think a lot of himself doesnt he. Anyway in order to end the scandalous rumours about him and his love life he said if i dont talk to the local press about uim he would give me whatever i wanted divorce wise. i had no intention of talking to the press some women hppily flaunt their dirty laundry i dont but he doesnt knoww thwt does he. so anyway my lawyers are drafting the papers as we speak. i get the house the boat house and the boat hlaf his money and i will get quarter of his business when he sells it" maggie said

" quarter i tjought you were entitled to half" sebastian asked

" i am i have requested that you get the other quarter that means you will get something from him call it compensation for him been your dad" maggie said

" mom That's great" sebastian said hugging maggie.

" exactly which is why i demanded it ita a big car you have a family you need it more than he does. now rach your getting his mercedes " maggie said rachel stood there stunned.

" no thats to much i cant accept..." rachel started to say

" how many times as your car been at the garage rach your a mom you need reliable transport plus after what he has done to you call it your compensation" maggie said

" so we are going to be free of him" sebastian asked in disbelief

" yes he his also to pay for  next year at dalton and your college tuition fees plus i have requested now its not set in stone as i know its up to you two. i have requested given your under eighteen that jacob is financially our responsibility so i have made him set up a education fund for him it will cover the cost of private education and college. now wether jacob goes to dalton is up to you two but the money is there if he does." maggie said

" i dont know what to say" sebastian said getting emotional

" jacob is your responsibility butbyour father had treated him appallingly so it is only fair that is punished for it and i gave another surprise " maggie said

" there is more" sebastian asked

" i discovered whilst going through paperwork in his study that two years ago he bought a penthojse apartment in new york. naturally when i enquired about it he was surprised that i knew which can only mean one thing cant it. why would a husband have an apartment his little wife knows nothing about. i told him it was very scandalous of him to have it so we came to some arrangement by that i mean im getting it or rather you two are" maggie said

" yes sebastian when you two graduate and go to new york you can live there pljs tlu cn stay there when you see Barbara in the summer holidays " maggie said

" mom i cant believe you did it" sebastian said hugging her

after school rachel sebastian jacob were at the lima bean with klaine  quinn and hunter sebastian and hunter had become pretty good friends.

" its thad's birthday on Thursday we were thinking of going to an amusement park on Saturday to celebrate " hunter said

" we cant go" rachel said

" why" kurt asked

" we dont have a babysitter and i dont like the stroller in a crowd im scared he will ger hurt" rachel said

" rach i will stay home and watch jacob you go have fun you deserve it more than i do" sebastian said

" or you and i could cash in thst spa voucher i got you for your birthday and spend saturday been pampered ratger than screaming our heads off" quinn said

" good then its settled you go be pampered and i will have this little man to myself" sebastian said fussing over jacob.

" are you kidding i cant wait do you knowni have only had him to myself twice before we got together i visited him at yours or tuck him to my moms and she would be there. im quite looking forward to it alittle father son bonding sounds like a pretty good way to spend a day to me" sebastian said
