The Royal Family, together with Royal Manager Shouwei, came one hour after we got Dayu to the hospital. The King and the Queen with the Princess were running down the hall to get to the Crown Prince.

"Wang Qing!" The Queen held her son's arms. "Dayu...where is your Consort? Wang Qing!" She shook the Prince who still looked shocked.

"He is still inside the observation room, your Majesty." Lao answered the Queen's question.

"And how is he?" The King asked.

"Stable but they are still checking the contents of his blood. No one had come out again to update us of his situation..." Lao replied again.

"And is it true? Poison? He was poisoned?" The Princess also can't believe that it could happen.

"Yes," I said because I want to spare the Prince and Lao from confirming it with their lips.

"Oh..." the Queen swayed. The King and Lao had to assist her. They helped her to a chair.

The Queen gave the King a tortured look. "How will we face Dayu and his parents again after this? My King, why do we keep on failing to protect the Consort of the Prince?"

"My Queen, calm down." The King sits besides his wife. "Please, you have to be strong for our sons."

"I'm sorry," the Prince apologized in a whispery tone. "It's my fault..."

The Queen whimpered like a wounded animal while the Princess cried and hugged her brother. "No, Qing ge, don't say that. This is not your fault. Dayu gege will not want you to blame yourself."

Yes. If Dayu is concious, that is the first thing he will said. For the Prince he loves to stop blaming himself. Selfless person that Dayu is, he may be more worried for his Prince than for himself.

"The only silver lining is the fact that the public and the media are still not aware about what happened. Good job Lao," the King praised the Prince's Aide but Lao's face showed no pleasure.

He did it. Lao talked to the hospital security and staffs that if any news about the Consort was leaked, he will sue the hospital for all it's worth. Save the Consort and the Royal Family will personally endorse this hospital. An all together wonderful incentive for them to keep their mouths shut.

Lao did his role in saving the Prince and his Consort. Now, I am hoping my share will work too.

Dayu had to survive this.

We waited another hour before someone came out of the observation room again. The same doctor who came out first and talk to us now stood again on our front.

"He has regain conciouness longer this time. He is staying awake," The doctor smiled after saying that news. "He will be okay,"

All seven of us breathed in relief. Mr.Shouwei excused himself to call the Queen Dowager who was left in the Palace as the King and the Queen doesn't think that the stress will be good for my aging grandmother.

But my thoughts are not on my grandmother now. My focus is on the doctor, "Can I see him?" I asked the doctor eagerly.
