CHAPTER TWENTY-SIX

I woke to the sound of the phone ringing. Louis still had his arm wrapped around me and was sound asleep. I groaned and reached for the hotel phone.

“Hello,” I mumbled into the phone. Man I had a huge headache.

“Good Morning Rose! You sound hungover. It’s nine in the morning. Time to get up. Please be downstairs by 10:30. Make sure Louis is not late. He always is,” Liam said happily into the phone.

“Ok,” I said.

“See you soon Rose,” Liam said and disconnected the call.

I put down the phone. and stretched out. I turned over to face the sleeping Louis. I still hadn’t moved his arm from around me.

I leaned on my elbow and started playing with his hair.

“Louis, it’s time to get up. Liam just called. Do you want to shower first?” I asked him softly.

No response.

“Louis?” I asked a little louder.

“You first,” he moaned out, still sleeping. It was the cutest thing I have ever heard him say so far.

“Ok, I’ll wake you up again later,” I told him and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek and got up.

I felt dizzy the moment I stood up. My head was still pounding as I walked clumsily to the bathroom with my bag. Hopefully Jessica packed me some Tylenol or Advil or something for this awful headache.

I walked into the bathroom and turned on the light. Gah, it was so bright. I squinted and looked through my bag for some type of painkiller. Thankfully, Jessica did pack me some Tylenol. I’m saved. I grabbed two capsules and got some of the sink water and swallowed them.

After that I quickly brushed my teeth and jumped into the nice hot shower. I was out in fifteen minutes already feeling better. My headache was still there slightly but I felt much cleaner, thusly I felt much better.

I brushed through my long black hair until it was tangle-free. I then looked through my bag again to see if Jessica packed me anything that would help me fix my hair. No iron, no curlers, just my hat.

My black and gray beanie that Jessica hated me for getting because she loved it. According to her it’s called the stupid cute hat. I’m surprised she packed me it. But nevertheless, I blow dried my hair some and then put on my beanie. It will be good for now.

I didn’t feel like wearing my contacts today so I just put on my glasses and decided that would be enough.

I looked at myself in the mirror. I was wearing the blue spaghetti strapped shirt with blue skinny jeans and some black flip flops. Still wearing my beanie and glasses, I gathered all of my stuff in my bag and walked out of the bathroom.

Louis was still sleeping peacefully on the bed. The clocked next to the bed let me know it was 9:30 AM, so I definitely had to wake him now so we wouldn’t be late. He probably had a headache too so I got a bottle of water from the mini fridge and some Tylenol and put them on the dresser next to the bed.

“Louis, time to get up,” I said softly as I poked his chest, which was still bare because he wasn’t wearing a shirt.

“No,” he moaned out. He needs to stop doing that.

“I’ve got some Tylenol if you’ve got a headache. I’m already dressed and everything,” I laughed.

“Fine,” he said and sat up from the bed. His hair was sticking out in every direction possible. It was the cutest thing ever and I couldn’t stop giggling at it.
