CHAPTER FORTY-FIVE

I was in the car with Louis. We were driving to his mom’s house. We hadn’t seen her in months and we were both excited to finally reunite with his mom and sisters.

The tour was over. It had been a success. Le Fanatics was already signed to have our own headlining tour while One Direction did a separate tour in 2013. Alex was excited, well we all were. But it will be different without being with the One Direction boys twenty four seven. We’ll all miss their company. Hopefully, the tour’s opening act will be awesome and friendly as well. So that we have someone to talk to besides each other as we traveled the world.

“How are you feeling Rose?” Louis asked me with his eyes on the road.

I looked down at my body and noticed my leg wasn’t in a cast anymore. My leg was perfect. No scars. Shocked, I looked at my right arm and noticed it was hanging freely and was in perfect condition, like before the accident. I quickly opened the mirror and looked at my reflection inside. There was no scar on my forehead. Weird.

“Are you okay Rose?” Louis asked me concerned as he quickly looked me at me.

“Yeah. I think I am actually,” I smiled up at him. I felt good. I felt better. Did I ever feel any other way? It seems like any pain I may have experienced was slipping away and now I was good. Now I felt good. Why did I examine my leg, arm, and forehead anyways?

“Well I’m glad to hear that,” Louis smiled at me as well.

“I’m glad to say it,” I said happily and looked out of my window just as car collided with my side of Louis’ car. Pain coursed through my body immediately as Louis’ car spun around and around before finally stopping.

I looked over at Louis was had been knocked unconscious. I was breathing heavily as I watched as more and more blood from my shoulder and chest started to stain my clothes. I didn’t have the energy to grab the phone to call for help. I couldn’t command my arm to grab it.

I looked out of the window and saw that the glass was gone, it had shattered. Instead, now it was all over me.

I was experiencing more and more pain by the second when I saw someone approaching the car. I awaited anxiously for the person to come up to us and help us. That was until I recognized who it was.

It was Riley. She was walking victoriously over to the car where Louis’ was unconscious and I was slowly bleeding to death. She had a big smile on her face.

“Well well well, what do we have here?” She smiled evilly at me.

“Riley. Please help us,” I had to try. Louis’ couldn’t die. He needs to live. Even if I don’t make it.

“And why would I help you?” She asked me incredulously.

“Because Louis will die. He can’t die. Help him. Help him please. He can’t die,” I begged her.

“I’m not dying,” Louis appeared next to Riley instantly and wrapped an arm around her.

Shocked, I looked next to me and discovered that Louis wasn’t there anymore. Louis had been replaced by an unknown driver, who looked to be already dead.

“But you were driving me to your house. What are you doing?” I asked confused as blood kept pouring out of me.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about Rose. We broke up a long time ago. I chose Riley,” Louis said and looked at Riley lovingly.
