Chapter Fifty-Five

A/N: Another new chapter! Sorry I haven't been able to upload more than once a week. I've been so busy with all of my college work. I don't even know how I managed to write this.

CHAPTER FIFTY-FIVE:

“Does everyone want to go out and get something to eat?” Harry asked all of us and Louis and I broke apart so that we could hear the conversation going on. We were so absorbed in each other we forgot about those around us. 

“Sure,” Niall and Melissa were the first to agree. 

Everyone else murmured their “ok” including Louis and I. That was when I noticed Jessica and Zayn were missing. And that was when I heard the shouting. 

“Jess! Just listen to me!” I heard Zayn yell from the hallway. 

“No Zayn! I’m done! This is what you wanted! You wanted to be single! I’m letting you be single!” I heard Jessica yell out next. 

“I didn’t mean it! I want you back!” Zayn shouted next at her. 

“Well Zayn I don’t believe you. Think about it before you say things. You need time and I’m going to give it to you,” Jessica said a little softer. 

“Don’t do this. Please,” I heard Zayn beg next. 

“Zayn you need space. We can’t work out if we’re always together nonstop. It’s for the best,” Jessica sounded like she was crying as she said that. 

“I’m going to make you change your mind. You’re going to want me back. I’m going to make you want me back. You’ll see. You’re not going to be too happy you said that,” Zayn shouted and I heard a door slam shut.

I broke away from Louis immediately and opened the door. Jessica was all by herself just standing there, staring at the door Zayn probably stormed out of. 

Well he’s definitely not in the running for my favorite. 

I rushed over to Jessica and wrapped my arms around her. Katherine ran with me and hugged her as well. 

Jessica turned around to face us as she just continued to sob out again. Kat and I just held onto her and caressed her back in an attempt to comfort her. 

Sam approached us next and wrapped her arms around the other side of Jessica. Danielle did that next and so did Melissa. All of us girls were just hugging Jessica in her moment of need. We all had her back.

“You can let me go now,” Jessica mumbled a few minutes later. Hesitantly, we all let her go and watched her cautiously. “I’m hungry.”

“We were all going to go get something. You’re welcome to come. As always,” Sam said sweetly to Jessica. 

“Ok,” Jessica nodded and linked her arm with Katherine’s and walked out of the door to flashing lights. The paparazzi were still outside. 

Louis grabbed my hand on the way out and we walked outside together. 

“Where did Zayn go?”

“Are Rose and Louis back together?”

“Alex, who is your new girlfriend?”

“Rose do you remember anything?”

“Look this way!” 

None of us answered the questions they asked. We just kept our heads down and walked towards the van waiting for us. My head popped up when someone mentioned Alex’s new girlfriend.
