The young magician, Harley groaned in agony, when he opened his eyes, his vision is terribly blurry and hazy, his body felt like it is inside a room full of needles. His head throbbed painfully, making his condition worse. Harley felt fear after feeling someone touch his forehead, but the touch is gentle and warm. "Oh no! Your health is going low!" A soft and young voice of a female said, the voice of Nana.
Harley tiredly stared at the pink haired girl besides him, unable to see her appearance clearly. "I buy a healing potion! Keep him alive!" Another female voice said, it was Lolita's, her voice sounding like she's in panic. "No! I'll try to use my magic abilities to heal him." Nana declined Lolita's kind offer for she didn't want her elf friend to waste her money, and she wanted to show Lolita her healing spellings that another friend taught her.
Lolita did not dare to doubt her loyal, cat elf friend, Nana. All though she is surprised to hear that Nana will do a healing spell on Harley. Nana placed both of her hands on top of Harley's chest, making him slightly groan in pain. Nana's palms began to emit a pinkish light that flowed rather brightly. The wounds and bruises on Harley's body began to fade away one by one, until he has completely recovered.
Harley's vision became crystal clear, his body no longer in pain. "It worked like a charm!" Nana squealed, proud of herself for successfully doing a healing spell. Harley sat up, forming a smile on his face. "I give you my thanks, kind ladies. May I ask where I am?" Harley asked, looking at Nana, expecting an answer from her. "You're in the realm Eruditio, inside the City of Scholars! I luckily found you on my way here, you were badly injured. It's a good thing I got your here as fast as I can, you could have died!" Nana answered, a frown on her face.
Harley lifted one of his arms, tipping his chin by using his index figure and thumb. Slightly confused by his situation. "I don't remember much from what happened before I got injured, but I have this feeling that I must go back to Magical City to warn the headmaster of the Lion Academy about something evil. Do you know or know someone that can help me get back to my realm?" Harley asked Nana, sounding desperate to get back to his home. Nana bit her lips, rubbing the nape of her neck. "I don't know, and the people here are very busy because of this special event. We can't have you teleport to your realm right away, how about after the event ends, sounds good?" Nana answered, quite worried about him probably saying no.
Harley thought about it for a moment before telling his answer. "That sounds good, but I hope we will not be late." His voice sounded anxious, his eyes revealing terror of what might happen if he didn't come back to his realm in time. Nana patted his back then hugged him. "Don't worry! Lolita, Bruno, Rooney, and me will help you fight the evil! Nothing will get in our way if we work together." Nana said, trying to cheer him up.
Harley liked Nana's comfort and warmth, it felt very nice and smoothing. It's like he's laying in a bed of colorful flowers. But the feeling and the moment instantly faded away when a male voice can be heard calling a name outside of the room that they're in. "Nana! Are you in this room?" A familiar male voice to Nana yelled, its calls becoming nearer until it stopped somewhere, the door of the room opening.
A little cyclops with a purple, pointed hat with a golden crescent moon on the middle walked inside the room. Cyclops' eye widened as he saw Nana and Harley hugging each other's, he instantly got triggered by this scene. "Hey Cyclops! I just healed this guy with the healing spell that you taught me, isn't that great?" Nana smiled widely, pulling herself away from Harley than ran over to Cyclops to hug him.
Cyclops hugged back, smiling underneath his scarf. "That's marvelous, my dear Nana! I'm so glad that you've successfully did the spell, congratulations." Cyclops said cheerfully, even though he's currently wishing that he didn't taught Nana that healing spell he gave her. "Thank you! Why are you here? Did you get invited too?" Nana said, so lively and full of joy. Cyclops enjoyed seeing her smile, but dislike seeing her smile in front of another guy. He felt something that is very unfamiliar to him, an emotion that he hasn't felt before. But before he could curiously think about it, he answered Nana's question. "I got invited by a friend of mine. I told you about Karrie once, right? The woman that's a warrior leader in Alaghat?"
"Yes! I clearly remember her. She sounds amazing and epic! I would love to meet her, can I?" Nana begged, showing off her undeniably and unescapable puppy eyes, looking ten times adorable than before. How can Cyclops ever say no to that face of hers? She looks too damn cute for her own good. "Of course! She'll be happy to meet you." Cyclops said, gently patting Nana's head with one of his hands. Nana smiled widely, hugging Cyclops tightly. "Thank you! You're the best friend ever!" Nana squealed, squeezing Cyclops too tightly that he began to have a hard time breathing. "To-Too..! Tigh..t!" Cyclops struggled to say.Nana quickly pulled herself away, letting Cyclops to breathe. "I'm so sorry! I got too excited." Nana apologized, sounding quite embarrassed. Cyclops wheezed and coughed before replying to her. "It's fine! Really!"
"I'll try-no! I'll do my best to not repeat the same mistake again." Nana pledged, patting Cyclops' back.Lolita walked over to the two, patting both of their heads. "I got to get going now, you little cuties! You can ask me or Bruno if you need anything." Lolita said, winking at Cyclops, who got confused by her wink. Lolita walked over to the door that lead to the hallways, opening it then walked outside. She closed the door afterwards.
Somewhere in the large Headquarters of the Protecters. The young and formidable warrior leader of Alaghat, Karrie searched for a particular person. She searched for that person until she has finally encountered him. "Saber." Karrie said rather bitterly. Glancing at the man that is silently staring at her before replying. "Karrie, a fearsome markswoman. Why are you searching for me?" Saber asked, taking a step closer to her. "The letter that was sent to me has some errors in it. Did you do it on purpose? I'm certain that the Council of Scholars will be quite upset that you messed up the words in the letter." Karrie answered, pulling out the letter that was sent to her. Saber let out a chuckle, amused by her realization. "Ah, so you noticed. That's not bad at all. I do hope you won't tell anyone, because if you do, you're completely surrounded. I recommend that you participate in this event rather than train these protectors who are blind to see their enemies crawling within these walls. The event will be excellent, I can assure you. But the first battle will be quite devastating though." Saber formed a sinister smile on his face. Karrie still has a few doubts him, but she trusted some of his words. "Why will the first battle be devastating?" Karrie asked, glancing at the unreadable assassin. Saber's smile slowly turned into a grin, then he answered Karrie's question. "It will be worth the watch if my precious comrade somehow manage to kill the person that she hates the most. But I doubt that she'll get what she wants after that."
