On the day that Argus got devoured by the darkness and his pure soul turned into nothing but corruption. A part of the Heavens immediately felt great disturbance and thus, sent out a messenger from the War Angels' Estate to quickly fly towards to Freya's coordinates.

She was tending the beautiful flowers in her home's large garden. Every single flower treated as the same even though some are rare such as the Lily of the Valley, Hydrangea, and the famous Kadupul Flower. There are also flowers who are common and not as beautiful as the rare ones, but Freya's eyes would look at them as the same for she thinks that having favoritism would ruin the other flowers' appearance and behavior.

People would sometimes think that she isn't the type to have a sweet personality since she is the Goddess of War. She must be daring to do things, intelligent to make a perfect strategy, and powerful enough to defeat her enemies. Freya has all of those traits that a Goddess of War needs, that is why she got chosen to be the Goddess of War in the first place. But there is a soft and sweet side to her bold appearance. And only one being can easily trigger it. Argus, a strong War Angel and a special favorite of the Goddess of War is the only one who can make her blush and giggle in an instant.

When the messenger from the War Angels' Estate arrived in Freya's garden. They quickly fell down to one knee to bow down to her presence. "Goddess of War, I was sent here to deliver you an alarming message and a mission." They said in a clear and loud voice that a messenger must have. Freya stood up to her feet, turning around to look at the messenger and then spoke: "Please, tell me right away."
"Argus, a War Angel has fallen into the darkness. He has awoken a powerful demon and is now being controlled by them. The God of War assigned you to eliminate Argus before he becomes a deadly threat to the Heavens," The messenger stopped to stand up to his feet and then continued: "That is all, Goddess of War. I must now take my leave." The messenger flapped their medium-sized, feathery wings and took off into the air, flying towards to the War Angels' Estate.

The sudden news shocked Freya to the core. Argus got corrupted? And in such a short period of time too! She just saw him with Rafaela a few hours ago and now he's somewhere, his once pure body now covered in darkness. Even though she and the God of War never once met, why did he assign her to do this mission? Why not someone else? She will never dare hurt someone that she deeply loves. But if she refuses to do this mission, there will be a chance that she will anger the Heavens. Angels and the other Gods and Goddess will think that Freya is siding with Argus. Siding with a fallen angel or falling in love with them can get you severely punished.

An angel who dares sides or gets their heart taken away by a fallen angel will lose their abilities and get their wings taken off and lastly, become a weak mortal. Such punishments can make an angel easily think that it is worse than Hell itself. Freya is not only afraid of the punishment, but also that Rafaela will get punished for loving Argus who is now a fallen angel. She sincerely hopes that she will not be punished in the future.

The Goddess of War let out a tired sigh out of her lips. Trying to think of a realistic and possible way for herself to not hurt Argus, but unfortunately, she didn't have any ideas how. Argus will without a doubt hurt her now that he has been tainted. She'll die from trying to get him back into his pure state. Freya hung her head to look at the glowing amulet that hangs around her neck. She never dares take it off, unless she bathes of course. It would make her feel tranquility and make her problems disappear for a few moments. She took a deep breath and made her feathery wings appear on her back. Freya made them flap gently, making herself fly into the air and then soared towards to the direction where Argus is by following his aura.
