"Don't ever save me again. Do you know what would've happened if you've died?" Layla coldly asked the cowboy. Her kind and joyful face quickly turning into an anxious and upset one that quite ruined her beautiful face. "Sugar, I told you before that I ain't letting you get killed in front of my eyes. I know that I would've left you first in this world, but I don't think I can survive without you being by my side." Clint answered, trying to calm and comfort her by acting all romantic. But Layla just gazed at him unamused as she crossed her arms. "Wow, I must be the luckiest girl to have you flirting me. I am wondering why you're still single." She said sarcastically. Turning her head to look away from the charming gunner.

Clint got hurt by her last sentence, but he held that pain in and sat up. He wrapped an arm around her shoulder and pulled her close, his free hand poking her cheeks playfully. "Come on, I know you like me too!" He said with a handsome grin on his face. He sincerely loved to play around with her, even if it means getting punched in the face just to get her to blush. Layla grumbled to herself, a hint of red on her cheeks. She roughly pushed Clint away and stood up. "You must be dreaming. Shall I knock you off with my large gun to wake you up?" Layla asked, going over to her gun to pick it up. She sounded so serious that it made Clint terrified. He quickly stood up to his feet and took a few steps back. "I was joking! Do you want me to make it up for you?" He awkwardly let out a laugh, getting quite disturbed by Layla's unmerciful face. "Having you alive is fine enough." She grumbled. Quite satisfied with Clint's scared look, she placed her gun on the ground. The cowboy let out a relieved sigh, walking over to the markswoman with a charming smile on his handsome face. "But it ain't enough for me. How about I do something special to you?" Clint suggested as he gently snatched one of Layla's hand with his, gradually intertwining his fingers with hers. "What are you planning?" Layla asked, her eyes widening in shock with a hint of curiosity. She couldn't read him or quite catch what he's thinking about. "Do you really desire to find out?" Clint asked, not wanting to reveal his answer to her. Layla felt quite uneasy watching his smile turning into a grin of a sly fox. What if she's thinking too much? Clint wouldn't dare do anything to get her off the hook, would he? To find out Layla nodded her head as her answer.

Suddenly his other arm wrapped itself around Layla's waistline, pulling her closer towards him. In a quick flash, Clint's lips crashed into hers lovingly. Layla was instantly awestruck as if lightning had hit her. It felt sincere, full of love towards her. She thought Clint was just playing around with her to get her to blush with no feelings towards her, but he does. He has undying feelings for her. Layla felt her skin go warm and her cheeks turn red like roses, she couldn't move a single bit. The kiss had paralyzed her.

Gradually, Clint pulled himself away from her. A playful smirk on his already mischevious face. "You liked it didn't you? Your whole face is red!" He laughed rather hysterically that it made Layla woke up. She let out an angry growl, quickly grabbing her gun. The malefic gunner immediately pointed her gun directly at the cowboy without hesitation and said: "You stole my first kiss!"
Clint without hesitation quickly ran over to Franco, instantly shaking him violently until he woke up from his sleep. "Save me! I made a grave mistake!" He said rather desperately, hiding behind him. Franco's eyes blinked tiredly, letting himself sigh. He lifted one of his hands and placed it on Clint's shoulder. "Rest in Peace, buddy." That was all Franco could say to his poor friend. His joke being well coated because of his sincere, sorrowful sounding voice. "I'll give you my meat that I bought when we were in town!" The cowboy quickly spoke his words that it sounded like a blur, but Franco can still understand him. "Boy, we have a deal." The Viking said with a grin on his face. When it comes to food, especially meat, how can he resist such a wonderful and savoury thing? It was his favourite thing in the whole universe. "Franco! How could you side with him?" Layla asked with an upset expression on her face. Harshly glancing at Clint who was hiding behind Franco like a cat. "Forgive me Layla, but food is life." The Viking said, placing a hand on his chest.
