"I hope Freya is okay after that fight in the Abyss." Rafaela said anxiously. She worries about Freya a lot when a terrible thing happens to her. Freya would write letters and then give it to a Phoenix that will deliver the letter to Rafaela in no time, but after the fight, Freya hasn't send any letters to her. Rafaela hopes that Freya is just doing fine. "I'm sure your beloved friend is in good conditions, she is a Goddess after all. She will easily not be defeated by an evil Queen." Minotaur said, trying to calm Rafaela's anxiety down.
Minotaur looks intimidating and scary, but he's actually kind and a loyal friend. When they first encountered each other's, Rafaela was too frightened to get close to him, but Minotaur was badly injured-on a verge of death, Rafaela couldn't walk away and let him die. So Rafaela made Minotaur's pain and injuries fade away instantly. Minotaur is forever grateful for Rafaela's kindness that he decided to guide her towards to the Emerald Woodlands as a thank you, but they unfortunately got ambushed by a group of Blood Demons, thus they got taken to the dungeon of the Queen of Doom that is located underneath her nightmare castle.
Rafaela breathe in and out, calming herself down. "It's just...My first lover got corrupted by the darkness, I'm afraid that it might happen to Freya. She's now the only one that cares a lot about me, she's like an older sister." Rafaela said, a frown forming on her angelic face. "May I ask how your lover fell into the wicked side?" Minotaur asked, sitting down on the ground, the soft grass quite tickling him. Rafaela sat down as well, looking at her laced fingers. "His name is Argus, a very powerful and kind angel I have ever met. Before we descended into the Land of Dawn at the same time, we were lovers. He was the one responsible for obliterating evil, while I am the one responsible for obliterating sufferings. We were a perfect match, inseparable until we parted our ways. Argus said he'll come back...and he did, but he turned demonic." Rafaela answer, she sounded sorrowful, bitter, and regretful at the same time. When she first saw Argus' corrupted form, she wanted to help him, but the Heavens forbids her from helping a Fallen Angel.
In the Past, not too long ago. Rafaela and Argus sat down on a thick cloud, watching the sun lowers itself, its vibrant orange to yellow color filling the sky that is about to becoming the night. Rafaela gently leaned against Agrus' arm, her head resting on his shoulder. His hard, steel armor felt cold against her fair skin, but whenever he hugs her, she felt immense warmth. "Promise me that we'll meet again?" Rafaela asked, lifting her head to look at Argus.
Argus looked back, underneath his helmet that hid his face lies a frown that Rafaela couldn't see. "I vow that we will encounter each other again, do not fear my precious angel." Argus promised, lifting his hand towards to her face, pushing the strands of hair behind her ear. Rafaela smiled beautifully that made Agrus' heart skip a beat, to him Rafaela is his everything, he will do quite anything for her. Once the sun disappeared into the horizon, the sky turned into black, being filled by countless stars and the bright shining moon where the Moon God and Moon Goddess are residing in. Argus stood up to his feet, lending a hand towards to Rafaela for her to grab. Rafaela tightly grabbed his hand, getting supported by him when she stood up. "Once a week pass by, can we stay for a few days before we separate?" Rafaela asked, hoping that Argus will say yes. She sounded desperate and sorrowful, she didn't want Argus to leave her side. Argus didn't want to leave her either, but he must do his duties. Rafaela must do her duties as well. "Rafaela, we have to leave exactly next week. You're strong, I know you'll be able to help countless people, you'll be a very great heroine." Argus said, taking of his helmet to kiss Rafaela's forehead, only to place the helmet back on afterwards. Argus is darkly handsome, Rafaela didn't understand why Argus likes to keep his face hidden inside a helmet, she wonders if he'll ever take it off forever.
Rafaela hugged Argus tightly. "Be safe." She said, her voice hinting that she's concerned about him. Argus returned the hug, lifting one of his hands to brush her smooth, golden hair that shimmered in the light. "Be safe as well, my precious angel." Argus said before breaking the hug to let Rafaela flap her graceful, white wings to fly away towards to the healers' training grounds.
