The Clint that I will be describing will be the old one with the brown hair. The gray/white hair on Clint new model looks weird to me. I keep imagining him as an old man dang it. >:c

The golden haired girl-Layla woke up, groaning softly in pain as she opened her eyes. Where am I? She thought to herself as she sat up and curiously looked around her surroundings.

Dried land and dead weeds looked unpleasant, the hot temperature making her sweat. It was a wasteland. Did the explosion create this? Layla questioned inside her thoughts. She looked at the massive gun beside her, it was emitting a soft glow of blue.

Layla could not believe how she survives the sudden and massive explosion. If it wasn't for a magical force field or protection, she would have been blown to smithereens, which is terrifying.

The blond haired girl stood up and picked her large gun. Managing to carry it even though the weight of the gun is heavier than her.

Layla began to wander around the wasteland with her large gun, she panted from being tired and sweating from the sun's heat. She eventually gave up and dropped her gun and instantly sat down on the dried and dusty, orange ground. She stretched both of her arms, before deciding to lay down on the ground. Her beautiful yellow hair scattered on the ground as her golden chestnut colored eyes stared at the sky that has the same color as the ground. She let out a tired sigh and closed her eyes. Falling fast asleep.

Wake up, girl.
A male voice with a thick Texas accent spoke to Layla. The blond haired girl groaned as her response, flipping herself to her right. "I don't wanna wake up yet.." She said tiredly, not wanting to open her eyes. "You better get up, because these dead corpses ain't gonna be waitin." The man gently kicked her shoulder. Layla only groaned more and loudly. "Dead corpses can't walk silly! Their bodies are too heavy!" She said in annoyance. There was a sudden sound of something being placed in front of her face, she smelled rotten flesh and she coughed in disgust. "What is that? Rotten meat?"
"You won't know until you open your eyes." The man let out a chuckle. Layla wanted to know what it is, even though her gut told her not to and get far away as much as possible. But she decided to open her eyes, only to be greeted with a head that looked terrifying and rotten, a zombie or an undead's head. Layla immediately sprung up as she screamed loudly in terror, her expression describing it all. "What in the name of Malefic?!" She backed away from the rotten head. The man with brown hair with the brown hat on top of his head hysterically laughed. "You should have seen your face!" Layla glanced at him, her face red from embarrassment. "What in the name of Malefic! I got terrified by a head!" The man mimicked with a girlish voice then laughed. "Stop it! It's not funny!" Layla fumed, she disliked being mocked and teased.

Eventually, the man stopped laughing. "That was a good prank." He grinned playfully. Layla gave him an angry look as she crossed her arms. "Who are you?" She asked with a tone of disgust. The man's grin slowly turned into a smirk. "The name's Clint. I help people whenever they are in need of help or in danger. You're out in the Wasteland and sleeping, which is dangerous since the undead fellas might bite and eat yer guts and flesh." Clint introduced himself rather proudly. Layla just rolled her eyes. "Wow, my savior that placed a dead head right in front of my face. I am truly grateful." She said, a hint of sarcasm in her voice. "May I ask who you are, sweetheart?" Clint asked.
"Layla.." The blond girl answered. "I live in a world where Malefic Energy makes people go savage and insane if they make contact with it. I think it destroyed my world by now.." A frown formed on her face. Clint suddenly felt guilty for teasing her. "I'm sorry about that, sugar.." He kicked the rotten head away. "Since you're a wanderer like me. Why not become my partner? You look like a good one." He offered, then winked at her. "Well. I have no other choices left, so sure. I'll be your partner." Layla accepted his offer. "It's nice to have ya, Layla." Clint lifted one of his hand for a handshake. Layla smiled and grabbed his hand to shake it. "It's nice to have you too Clint."
