#37 His interview

Niall's POV

I had an interview with Nick Grimshaw today. Y/n will be staying home with our two daughters, 3 year old Aaliyah and 1 year old Isabelle.

"So, Niall, you have two young daughters, so tell us what that's like" nick said.
"I love it! I would say being a dad is the best thing I've ever done, better than making music and everything"  I said.

"I'm guessing they're daddy's girls?" Nick said
"Absolutely!" I said.
"Isabelle said her first word the other day which was 'dadda'. I like to rub that in y/n's face quite a lot" I said and Nick laughed.
"But if Isabelle says 'dadda' or Aaliyah says 'daddy' I will actually walk through a mountain to get to them, I just can't say no to them, I never really had a soft spot before but now I have two, just looking at them makes my heart burst with love, pride and joy. They're amazing" I explained.

"Do you want your next child, if you have another, to be a boy or girl?" Nick asked.
"Obviously I want a boy one day but I'm not really bothered about what gender they are because either way I love them" I explained.
"If you did have a little boy one day what activities would you do with him?" He asked.
"We would have a lot of daddy son time, I'd teach him golf ,teach him how to play football, take him to football and teach him guitar which I'm planning on doing with Aaliyah and Isabelle when they're old enough" I explained.

"Do you think that you and y/n will have another?" Nick asked.
I nodded.
"Definitely we've decided that one Isabelle is 2 or 3 we will have another" I told him.
"Do you have any names or anything in mind already?" He asked.
"Yeah we do actually, they're all just names we didn't use with Aaliyah or Isabelle, for a boy y/n really likes Ethan, that was what Aaliyah would've been named if she was a boy, and I really like the name Luke , and for a girl we both like Amelia Lily" I explained.

"Do you, your wife and daughters spend time with the boys and their wives and kids?" Nick asked.
"Because every one direction never has a child now" He added.
"I know, I've got my girls, Harry has Darcy, Liam has Bear and Isla, Louis has Freddie and  Oliver" I said.
"We do all often go to each other's houses and we normally go out for dinner all together on a weekend because Freddie, Bear and Isla all have school" I explained.
"So how old are they all?" He asked.
"Freddie is 7, Bear is 6, Isla is 5, Aaliyah is 3, Oliver is 3 and Darcy an Isabelle are both 1" I explained.

"According to Liam, you and his daughter, Isla, are very close and you are her favourite uncle" Nick said.
"Yeah, we always have her over for sleepovers and everything, we did before any of our kids were born. She calls me uncle NiNi or she uses the nickname Nialler. On her first day of school, I went to Liam's because that week his wife was on a business trip so I went over and helped him out and I went to the school with her and she always held my hand rather than Liam's and she ended up crying which was upsetting to see" I explained.
"Aww did she?" He asked.
"Yeah, she cried because she wanted to stay with me and Liam all day , I just hope that when Aaliyah starts school she isn't like that because knowing me I'd give in and just take her home" I chuckled.

"I've heard fans saying many different names, so what actually are your kids middle names, fans have been saying they don't have them, they have double barrelled name and everything so Niall clear it up" Nick said.
I laughed.
"Well I'm sure either y/n or me made it clear when we tweeted to announce the birth of either of them" I said.
"But it is Aaliyah Grace Horan and Isabelle Olivia Horan" I told him.

"To add in to that I've heard people saying your last name is whore-an and other saying it is Ho-ran, so how is it pronounced?" He asked.
"It is pronounced Whore-an , but I guess how you pronounce it all just depends where you from" I said.

"So the vmas are coming up? I'm guessing you'll be taking y/n and the kids with you how do you want y/n to dress?" He asked.
"Well she looks really sexy when she wears red, so I'd say a nice red dress, even though she looks good all the time, no heels because she hates them, and curly hair because she looks absolutely gorgeous when she curls it" I explained.

"How did you and y/n actually meet?" He asked.
"When the boys and I were on the take me home tour in New York we had a week off and we all went to this little restaurant on the outskirts of New York. Y/n is from England but she was in New York at Uni and she had a part time job at this restaurant .
She was our waiter and she served us and I though she was beautiful and it was literally love at first sight. Whenever she walked away I would say to the boys how beautiful she is and they told me to ask her out so as we were leaving and the boys went to the car I went back and asked her out and asked her for her number and she said yes and gave it to me. After the date which we had that night we got along and I asked her if she'd like to come to our MSG show and she agreed and after the concert we walked around New York and got to know each other more, and it blossomed from their, now we are happily married with two girls" I explained.
