#132 Accidently announcing the gender

Your POV

"Bye my two sweet peas" I said to my two children,  6 year old Ethan and 4 year old Aaliyah. Maura had come to ours to look after them as me and Niall have an interview.
"Bye buddy, bye princess" Niall said kissing their cheeks.
"How's the baby been treating you?" Maura asked.
"Oh The babys recently started to train to become a pro footballer!" I joked.

"So how have your two other children taken this? You look gorgeous by the way!" Ellen said complementing me.
"Thank you" I smiled.
"They've taken it quite well, Ethan's a big skeptical because he knows what younger siblings are like. We had a baby shower recently and got toys and stuff for the baby and Aaliyah was like 'mummy, daddy, maybe I should take these to my room because baby sister isn't here yet" Niall said.
His eyes then widened.
"Oh sh*t! I wasn't supposed to tell you that!" He said quickly making us laugh.

"So it's a girl?" Ellen asked.
"Yes, another girl, how on earth is Niall and Ethan going to cope" I said joking.
"I was so happy about having another girl. Boys, they're amazing to raise to, I can play football and golf with Ethan and I'll talk to him about girls when he's older. But with daughters you have an excuse to walk around Disney world in a tiara , which I've done" Niall said.
"You've walked around Disney world in a tiara?" Ellen asked.
"Yeah!" Niall said.
A picture came on the screen from when we went to Disney land last year.
The picture was one I took of Niall and the kids. Niall was holding Ethan and Aaliyah's hands and they were stood in front of the castle. The tiara was evidently sitting on top of Niall's dark brown hair which was up in a quiff.

"So Speaking of your little girl who is on her way, is Ethan happy about having another little sister?" Ellen asked.
"We expected him to take it worse than he did" I said.
"Yeah we did, we thought he'd end up crying about it because he did that when we told him about Aaliyah but he took it quite well , he said 'at least Aaliyah's toys will get stolen and not mine" Niall said.
The audience laughed.
"How old was he when you told him about Aaliyah?" She asked.
"Umm, He was around 2 and a half, so to be honest he didn't really understand what we were going on about, all he cared about then was food and sleep" Niall said.
"Wonder where he gets that from and Aaliyah. You all seem to love food" I said.
"Do they both take after Niall?" Ellen asked and I nodded eagerly.
"Yes! They are little versions of him. Stupidly I decided to breast feed Aaliyah, and since she took after Niall she loves her food. Which meant I more or less always had a baby attached to my breast, it was so exhausting, she always wanted food" I explained.
"I'm guessing this one won't be breastfed?" She asked.
"I'll decide when she's born, I've noticed that both of them look like Niall and take after Niall, so if she looks like him she's not getting breastfed, But if she looks like me she'll probably take after me so I'd breast feed"
