#75 Out with his mum and your child

I walked into the living room where Niall was with the boys and our 1 and a half year old daughter on his lap. I was wearing black leggings and a tight white shirt with white converse. Due to the shirt being tight my 5 month baby bump was on show. We had found out last week that we are expecting a little boy.
I also had one of Niall's flannels on over my t shirt but it was unbuttoned.

"Hey y/n!" The boys said.
"The jumps been growing I see!" Harry said and I chuckled.

I took Aaliyah from Niall and he'd her on my hip.
"Is That Niall's?" Liam asked gesturing to the flannel.
"Yeah, it's comfy and I always take his clothes" I said.
"She does" Niall said.

"Did you find out the gender?" Louis asked and we nodded.
"We are having a boy!" Niall said fist pumping the air.
The pram was set up in the corner of the room.
It was a pink and grey silver cross pram for Aaliyah's age range.
I put Aaliyah in the pram and fastened her in.

"We better get going" I said.

"Okay , Bye, I love you" Niall said pecking my lips not caring about the boys being there.
"Love you too" I said smiling.
Niall bent down in front of the pram and puckered his lips.
Aaliyah giggled,leaning forward and kissing his lips.
"Bye Bye princess" he said in a baby voice.

I left the house and began walking into town where I will be meeting Maura.

I saw Maura waiting and I smiled.
"Look baby, it's Grandma!" I told Aaliyah who giggled and waved.

"Hello!" I greeted hugging Maura.

"Hello love" she said.
"And hello to my beautiful little granddaughter!" She said to Aaliyah.

"So, I need to get Niall a birthday present and I need to get the baby something to wear for the AMAs next week" I told her as we began to walk .
" I need to get Niall a present and a card too" she said.
"I think I'm going to get him some shoes and some jackets and then from Aaliyah I'll get him maybe some things for his guitars and maybe some golf stuff" I told her.

We had finished our shopping and just walking around town now.

I leaned over the pram to check on Aaliyah. She looked up and giggled at me.
"Did you and Niall find out the gender? Or are you keeping a secret?" Maura asked.
"We found out" I told her trying to hold back my smile.
"Really , can you tell me?" She asked and I nodded.
"Niall and I are having a baby boy" I said trying to drag it out.

She smiled and hugged me.
"I'm so happy for you both! Niall must be so happy , he mentioned wanting a boy when I was talking to him last week" she said.
"He is, he's thrilled, he's already said that he'll teach him golf, guitar, football and take him to all the derby matches" I said.
"That doesn't surprise me" Maura chuckled.
"But I think Niall definitely will do all that with him as well as still spending time with A" She added and I agreed.

"Dadda?" Aaliyah said turning in her pram to see us.
"Daddy's at home baby" I told her.
She pouted and looked at us with her big blue eyes that she inherited from Niall.
"Aww can't even stay away from Niall for a few hours" Maura cooed.
I sighed.

"I'm kind of worried about that actually"I said.
"About the fact that she can't stay away from Niall for a few hours?" She asked and I nodded.
"Like whenever she's tired she's extremely clingy towards him and she is with him most of the time playing with her toys and things. So I'm worried about what she'll be like if Niall goes on tour which is obviously going to happen in the near future, and management don't always let us go with him. I just won't be able to cope with her crying for Niall every night. When he went away for a weekend with the boys not long ago she woke up a lot during the night screaming for him" I explained.

"I'm sure they'd let you both go with him. Any baby needs their dad around them especially if they're daddy's girls like Aaliyah. But it's a long tour and there isn't long enough breaks to visit so they should let you go. If not I'm sure Niall would talk to Simon, Simon knows what it's like being away from a kid. And it won't only be hard for Aaliyah, but it'd be hard for Niall too because he'll be away from the both of you" she explained and I agreed.
"I know, the first tour since Niall and I began dating was about a year and half after we started dating and it was very hard going from seeing him almost everyday to not seeing him for like 6 months" I said.
"With me, Bobby and Greg, he went to audition for the X factor and just basically never came home. It all happened so fast and it was so hard to process. Once day I had my baby living with me the next he was living in London working on his career" she said.
"I hope that doesn't happen with A. I went her to only move out when she's ready and stable enough to pay for everything she'll need. I don't want what happened to you happening to us, I wouldn't be able to process everything" I explained.
"Do you really think Niall would let that happen? He's too protective" she said.
"But even if she did turn out to follow somewhat on Niall's footsteps and for example audition for the X factor, Niall wouldn't let her move to London on her own, you would all probably move back there, including any future kids you both have" she said and I agreed.
