#54 Spending time with grandma

Today, mine and Niall's 3 children , 13 year old Aaliyah, 6 year old Ethan and 1 year old Isabelle. are heading over to Mauras house to spend time with her.

Aaliyah's POV

Bye you three, have fun with my mum"  my dad said as he  hugged me and Ethan and gave all of us including Isabelle a kiss on the cheek.
"Have fun at grandmas, make sure you look after each other on the way there" my mum said kissing each of our foreheads.

"Bye mum, Bye dad" me and Ethan chimed.
"Princess, make sure you look after your brother and sister on your way to my mums" my dad said.
"I will dad" I said and he smiled .
We left the house.

I was pushing Isabelle pram and Ethan was walking next to me.

"What do you think we'll do with grandma?" I asked Ethan. He shrugged.
"I think I heard her saying to mum and dad that she's taking us into town or something like that" Ethan said.
"Oh yes! I really want to get some more stationary for school, and maybe some new earphones rather than stealing dad's" I said.
"I'll probably get some new clothes and maybe some shoes" Ethan said.
Ethan and I do chores around the house and we earn our own money. We don't like asking mum and dad for money . Ethan usually saves his up but I use a lot of it when I go out to places with my friends.
"How much do you have?" I asked.
"I've managed to save £95, you?" He said.
"Only about £65" I told

We arrived at grandmas and walked into the house.
I sort of struggled getting the pram in but I managed.

Grandma Maura greeted us with a big smile and lots of hugs and kisses.
She took Isabelle out of her pram and put her on the sofa with me and Ethan.
She made us some lunch and something to drink and then she sat across from us.

"So what are we doing today grandma?" Ethan asked.
"Well I was thinking we could go into town and do a little shopping, your dad told me that you both have money with you that you've saved up" she said and we nodded.
"And then we will probably go to Nando's for dinner" she said.

We were walking around Mullingar town centre. We had been in a few shops already.
Grandma was carrying Isabelle as she didn't want to have to push the pram around.

"Down" Isabelle mumbled.
Grandma put Isabelle on her feet and held her hand as she walked alongside her.

After taking a few steps she should still.
"Come on Issy!youre doing great!" I said in a baby voice.
She shook her head and sat down in the pavement.
We all chuckled to ourselves.
"The floors dirty Isabelle" grandma said.
"Up?" Isabelle asked raising her arms up towards our grandma.
I saw grandma roll her eyes and chuckle.
"So lazy! Exactly like your dadda" Grandma said picking her up again.
"Dadda?" Isabelle asked.
"Yeah , I said you're exactly like your dadda!" Grandma repeated in a baby voice.
