#55 The lads meet the baby

This is set in about 2020 but the band is still on hiatus but they have reunion tours every 2 years

Liam's POV

"So the band has been on hiatus for nearly 4 years now, do you all still talk to each other?" James Corden asked.
"4 years?" I asked surprised and he nodded.
"Wow that's gone quick!" I added.
"But anyway yes me and the lady still talk and meet up quite a lot, we just don't broadcast it for the whole world to know, the lads are still like my brothers" I explained .

"So when is the next time the 4 if you will meet up?" He asked.
"After this interview actually" I said.
"Really?" He asked and I nodded.
"Niall has just had a baby girl, so congratulations to Nialler, and we are all going over to his place to see the little Horan" I told him.
"How do you feel about Niall settling down? He's the 3rd one to have a kid" he said.
"I couldn't be happier for Nialler, for the first 4 years of the band Niall was the one that stayed single, and he stayed single for a long time, never got involved with any girls, and I'm going to be honest it made him have some insecurities. I was over the moon when he told me about him and y/n. But I couldn't be happier for him. He waited a long time for y/n and now she's his wife and they've got a gorgeous little girl now" I explained smiling.
"I feel like a proud big brother" I added and chuckled.

"How do you know she's gorgeous? I'm sure you said you haven't met her" He said jokingly.
"Well look at Niall, he was always the cute one! She must have at least one feature from him" I said.

Niall's POV

Y/n was upstairs sleeping and I was in the living room. My baby girl, Aaliyah Grace Horan, was in her Moses basket.

The doorbell rang and I answered it. I was greeted by my 3 best friends. They hugged me and congratulated me before I invited them in.

They followed me into the living room and I carefully picked Aaliyah up, cradling her in my arms. She was wide awake and looking around at the boys.

"She's so small" Louis commented.
"Like you then!" Liam said to Louis making me and the Harry laugh.

"She looks a lot like you" Harry said and the boys agreed.
"Do you want to hold her?" I asked and the boys nodded.
I passed her to Louis first and he held her for a while before passing her to Liam and Liam passed her to Harry after he led her.
Harry sat down on the sofa with her and she instantly fell asleep.

"In the favourite uncle!" Harry cheered and the lads rolled their eyes.
"Nah! It's me" Louis said and soon Leigh they were jockeying about who's the favourite uncle.

"Lads, she's 4 days old and you met her an hour ago , I doubt she has a favourite yet" I said.
