The next morning, you couldn't stop thinking about Ryuji. You hadn't been close with anyone like him ever. He never struck you as the type to be almost romantic. In fact, he seemed quite the opposite. From what you could tell, he had a tough exterior; so tough that you assumed he would push any type of affection away, even yours. However, after last night, you realized that underneath the shell was a sweetheart who welcomed you with open arms.
While eating breakfast your uncle had made, you felt your phone vibrate in your bag. When you turned on your phone, you couldn't help but smile at the name that popped up on your screen.
Ryuji: Hey Y/N, wanna meet up b4 class?
You: Sure, where do you wanna meet?
Ryuji: Garden by the front of the school? I want you to meet someone :)
You frowned a bit. So, it's not just the two of us?
You: :) sounds great! see you then
Ryuji: can't wait! btw...about last night.. I really liked it.. :)
The smile was back on, including pink rosy cheeks.
You: me too :) I'll see you at school Yuji
Ryuji: Yuji? Hmm, I like it. Well, I should get ready soon. Don't wanna be late to meet you
You: Okay! Same here. See you in a bit.
"What's got you smiling so early this morning?" Tito asked you.
You looked up from your phone and watched Tito as he flawlessly flipped a pancake in the skillet he was holding. You held back a giggle. Tito did not look like the type to be flipping pancakes so well. He was a tall, muscular man with tattoos adorned across his arms. His hair was messy as he had just woken up but he usually wore it slicked back. His personality highly contrasted his tough demeanor, much like Ryuji. Tito was a jokester after all and acted as the big brother to anyone who needed help.
"Oh, nothing..." You mumbled.
Tito chuckled. "Looks like someone has been hit with the love bug, hasn't she?"
"Wh-what!? No!" You said, flustered.
"Yeah, okay, Y/N. You don't have to tell your uncle anything. But that's how I used to look at my phone when a cute girl texted me."
You grimaced. "Gross...I'm leaving for school."
Tito laughed. "Alright, kiddo. Study hard."
"'Cya," you said, as you picked up your bag and headed towards the door.
"Make sure you say hi to your boyfriend for me," your uncle quipped.
"Oh my gosh, stop!"
The last thing you heard as you closed the door behind you was Tito's booming laughter.

On your way to school, you received an email from the administrator of the Phantom Aficionado website.
Hi Y/N,
Your request is a pretty serious one and I will relay it to the leader of the Phantom Thieves. As your situation sounds pretty dangerous, your request won't be taken lightly.

Once you finished reading the email, you let out a breath that you didn't even realize you were holding in. You felt a wave of relief as you clutched your chest. It's finally happening. I...might finally be able to escape him for good.
