A week passed
Nandito ako ngayon sa bahay ni Neil, nakadungaw ako sa malaking bintana habang tinititigan ang buwan. Unti-unting lumiwanag ang kapaligiran nang maalis ang ulap sa pagkakatabon nito sa buwan. The night of the full moon is near.
“Babe,” I heard a soft voice from behind me and I looked back at her. Lumapit sya sakin at niyakap ako so I hugged her back. She buried her face on my chest and her hug on me tightened. I kissed her head and rubbed her back to comfort her.
“Babe, I’m worried about Neil.” I sighed and rested my chin on top of her head. I know how she feels, I really do. Nung gabi na hinanap ko sya at natagpuan na iniinom ang dugo ng isang hayop, it frightened me. I could see thirst and hunger on his red eyes.
“Hindi ko inakala na mapapaaga ang mission ko,” I told her. Neil doesn’t know why I followed him here. He’s too stubborn to understand. Tss the jerk thinks he can handle everything and doesn’t need any of our help. He’s too damn prideful!
“His transformation must have something to do with his upcoming 120th birthday. Sabi sakin ni Tito na he’ll slowly change when his birthday comes.” Being a royal vampire sucks. At the age of 120 they experience the first step of their transformation. A transformation that scares everyone.
“We need to watch him closely, malapit na ang full moon.” At Neil’s situation right now, he’ll go crazy for human blood every full moon. He’ll act more like a beast than himself, and it makes him dangerous.
“You think he’ll be okay?” I looked down to meet her concerned eyes and showed her a smile.
“Don’t worry, everything’s going to be fine. He’ll be fine.” I assured her. Kilala ko si Neil, I know he’ll be fine.
“Sir Willmore!” A maid caught our attention as she called me and ran to us quickly. Napahiwalay kami ni Luna sa isa’t isa and asked her what’s wrong.
“What is it?”
“M-may problema po, lalong lumalala ang kondisyon ng prinsipe.” I clenched my teeth as horrible scenarios played on my mind. What happened to him?! Sh*t!
Wala kaming sinayang na segundo at tumakbo kami papunta sa dulo ng garden maze. At nang makarating kami dun, napatigil kami nang may maramdaman kaming malakas na pwersa na yumanig sa lupa.
F*ck it! Kahit kelan talaga problema ang dala nitong si Neil!
Lumapit ako sa grass wall at hinawi ang ilang dahon at pinindot ang button. Bumukas ang lupa at lumabas ang hagdan.
Kumapit si Luna sakin habang pababa kami. Si Neil ay nakakulong ngayon sa pinakadulo nito. Kailangan namin syang ikulong dahil sa nangyayari sa kanya.
At habang papalapit kami nang palapit sa kulungan nya mas lalong lumalakas ang pwersa na nararamdaman namin.
“He’s even worse now! I don’t think I can handle him without dying if he escapes from that cell!” One more thing about this transformation, he’ll also have immense amount of strength! Good thing the chains were thick!
Nakarating na kami sa dulo at agad na lumapit sa amin ang butler. Nervousness could easily read from his face. Just the look of him makes me aware of how serious this is.
“Kami na ang bahala dito, pwede na kayong umalis.” Utos ko sa kanila at umalis na sila kasama ang ilang maids.
“AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!” umaligawngaw sa paligid ang sigaw ni Neil. His voice turned deep and cold that I almost couldn’t recognize.
