I shut my eyes tightly then let out a deep sigh at umupo sa couch.
“Neil! What was that all about?!” Luna screamed at me but I didn’t answer her.
“Dude! What the f*ck are you thinking?! What got in to you?!” and now Tyler is shouting at me while holding me tight in my collar.
“Tyler! Put him down! Show some respect!” his dad told him and he let go of me harshly.
Tumalikod sya saglit then he faced me again and punched me on my jaw! What the f*ck?!
“Tyler!” his dad shouted at him habang pinipigilan sya ni Luna.
“You’re a bastard! Tama lang na iniwan ka ni Jessie,” he shouted again at di ko na napigilan ang sarili ko at ako naman ang sumuntok sa kanya kaya napahiga sya.
“I had enough with you Willmore! Shut your mouth ‘coz you know nothing!”
“Boys that’s enough!” sabi ni Tanda at pina-upo kami.
“Ano bang hindi namin alam Neil? Sinabi mo na kanina diba? You just used her!” Luna.
Yumuko ako and covered my face with my both hands.
“I lied, okay?!” and I felt a sharp pain in my chest.
“What do you mean?” Tyler’s dad asked.
I glared at Tyler first before talking.
“Everything I said were lies, I did not use her.” I bit my lower lip when her crying image flashed on my mind. Sh*t!
“Then why the hell did you said that?!” Luna.
Napasabunot ako sa buhok ko dahil sa sobrang inis.
“Can’t you understand?! She’s in danger if she keeps sticking with me! I’m obsessed with her blood and I kept on losing control! I don’t know how many times I attempt on sucking her blood! You don’t know how scared I am every time I saw her running towards me!”
“Was it still enough reason to ignore her when she’s in danger?! Nakita mo man lang ba ang mga sugat nya?! Why didn’t you save her?!” Tyler shouted at me.
I gritted my teeth and clenched my fists.
“Ang gusto ko lang ay ang layuan sya... but I did not expect that to happen to her. And I’m such a stupid jerk for letting that happen.”
When I saw her covered in blood, I wanted to kill myself for leaving her.
“Neil hindi mo naman kailangang magsinungaling sa kanya. Just tell her the truth,” Luna tapped my shoulder.
“If I told her I still love her and we can’t be together, I’m still giving her false hopes and I know she’ll find a way to be with me. She’ll just offer her blood to me and I don’t want that,” I explained.
I know that I’m hurting the both of us, but it’s the only way for her to forget me. Maybe someone is fated to be with her forever and so am I.
