ROBERT'S POV

"Are you okay now?" I asked Hayley worriedly.

She just fainted. I was so scared when I saw her collapsed.

She caught her breath and stood up.

"Jarvis, what happened? C-check the heart. Is the pulse okay?" Hayley said. I didn't hear what Jarvis said because it was in her earpiece.

She went in her laboratory without saying anything.

One week have passed and both of our shooting days continued. Hayley didn't talk about the incident at all. I visit her every time our set is done.

I drove to her house and I saw her best friends sitting on the living room. They look so serious. I was weirded out. Because normally, they laugh and shout profanities at each other.

"Hey, Rob." Lauren greeted.

"Hey. What's the matter guys?" I asked curiously.

"Oh nothing. Just... Uh, nothing." Allison stuttered.

But it's obvious that there's a problem. And it's bothering all of them.

I saw Hayley climbed downstairs wearing a black hoodie and gray pants. She was holding a bouquet and candles. Her face looks so red. I walked towards her.

"Hey, babe." I said and kissed her.

"Hi."

"Where you going? What are those for?" I asked curiously.

"Uh, nothing. Just wait for me here. I'll be back in an hour." Hayley said. Her voice sounds shattered.

Taylor walked towards her and whispered something. Hayley nodded and went outside.

"What is happening?" I asked. I was completely out of place.

"Stark will tell you." Taylor said.

"I don't think Stark will tell him." Archie said to Taylor.

Taylor nodded in agreement. "Tell me what?" I asked again.

"Sorry, Robert. But we won't tell you this one. It's... It's confidential." Lauren said.

I sighed in defeat. The four of them went to the pool area so I followed. Confidential? What is it? It's also bothering me now.

Lauren and Archie sat on some pool chairs while Taylor and Allison dipped their feet on the pool. Their expressions are really bothered. It looks like they're hiding something.

I walked to Lauren and Archie. "I'm serious guys. What is it?" I asked.

"Stark's the one who will tell you." Archie said.

"And you better feel special if she did. If she didn't talk about it at all, you're not special enough for her." Lauren explained.

The tension in the air grew as minutes passed.

Then we heard Hayley's car. She also went to the pool area. Her hoodie was on her head and her face looks redder now.

We all ran towards her. "Are you okay, babe?" I asked but she didn't answer.

"We'll go there too." Allison suggested and the four of them left.

Hayley walked away from me. I followed her.

"Are you okay?" I asked while I jogged towards her.

"Yeah i'm good." She said. She looks very emotional but she does it in a non-obvious way.
