Catastrophic Pursuit

"WHAT?!" Robert and I exclaimed at the same time.

"A TANK?! YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!" Allison shouted.

"HEY! ARE WE INTERRUPTING?! WE NEED SOME SERIOUS HELP OVER HERE!" Shawn bawled.

"HANG IN THERE! WE'RE COMING!" I said and drove fast. Owens' truck is a long and heavy one so we it will take us a couple of seconds.

My organs twitched when I heard the tank gun fired on the highway. Crushed cars and bodies are on the lane now. They're killing everybody.

"GET OUT OF THERE, GUYS! IT'S A DEATH TRAP!" Eric shouted.

I felt the tank's sounds of mayhem and disaster. The screams of the people became louder this time.

"WE'VE BEEN OUTPLAYED AGAIN!" Allison shouted.

We finally got in front of Owens' truck and the sight of the tank made me feel like i'm a jelly. A tank is the last thing I will be expecting in this kind of battle. Daley took it to a whole other level.

The heavy tank was chasing the twins and I had to cover my ears every time they fire.

"HANG IN THERE!" Robert shouted and accelerated his car. He's on the lead now.

"STARK, STOP HIM! DALEY WANTS TO KILL THE BOTH OF YOU! IF ROBERT WILL GO IN THERE, IT'S A TRAP!" Lauren commanded.

She's right. Daley wants me and Robert. That's why he kidnapped Zion. He wants our death. If Robert will go in there, it will be easy for Daley to move the tank's gun and fire in his car.

"ROBERT!" I shouted.

"HAYLEY, IF I'M NOT GOING TO THIS, YOUR BROTHERS ARE GOING TO DIE!" He yelled.

We all have no choice. We have to go near the tank and rescue Shawn and Lance. I have to create a new plan where all of us will be saved.

"SHAWN! LANCE! YOU HAVE TO JUMP YOUR BIKES TO THE OTHER LANE!" I commanded.

"GOT IT!" Lance said.

But I was too late, Robert was already next to the tank.

"BABE, I'M COMING!" I shouted and we accelerated our cars to catch up.

"JUST FIRE YOUR BULLETS, CHANG!" Allison ordered.

"WE CAN'T FIRE! HE MIGHT HIT THE PEOPLE!" Owens exclaimed.

I've never felt so powerless before. Just this time. We can't do anything to stop a tank. That's not what we're expecting. Our weapons are now worthless.

I saw the twins jumped their bikes and they successfully got to the other lane. We had to drive in curves again to avoid the crushed cars on the road.

"IT'S A DISASTER!" Archie shouted.

They can't fire now because a sniper and a bow and arrow can't do anything to stop a goddamn tank.

"THERE'S GOTTA BE SOMETHING TO STOP THAT TANK!" Owens yelled.

The tank is now moving its cannon to the side where Robert is. I suddenly became scared because they will really fire at him.

"HIS BODY WILL CRUSH INTO PIECES!" Allison exclaimed.

I was so terrified at the moment. Everything was a catastrophe.

"ROBERT! WATCH OUT!" I shouted.

In the blink of my eye, the tank fired and Robert hit his brakes in the right moment and missed him. The tank was now ahead of us. I shouted in relief when he didn't got himself killed.
