"You're dedicating it for me?"
"Yeah. You like it?" She asked.
"Of course I do. I love it." I replied while grinning cheekily.
The beautiful sunset is still shining above the Hollywood skyline. It was perfect. Sitting here with her watching the sunset.
She put the guitar down and started to scroll in her phone. Like she doesn't give a damn about the beautiful sunset at all.
I snatched her phone and put it in my pocket.
"That's an off-limit thing for you." She said.
"It looks just like a glass." I said studying her phone in my pocket.
"You don't even know how to control that phone. Give it back." She argued.
I ignored her argument and pretended to pick the grasses.
She leaned closer and hooked her finger on my chin. She lifted my gaze to her. Her glassy green eyes are staring at my eyes again. Her eyes really shows something burden. It's like, there's something hidden deep inside of it that looks shattered and broken. I closed my eyes and put my hand on her cheek leaning closer. She put her hand on my pocket and snatched her phone back.
"Ha! Psyched." Hayley mocked.
"Why do you always do that?" I argued.
"Do what?" She asked innocently.
I picked some of the grass and played with it. I lifted my head to look at her slowly.
"I love you." I said.
"Mhm, good for you." Hayley said without looking at me. She was focused on her high-tech phone.
I put my arms around her and lifted her head slowly to look at me. I leaned closer to reach her lips. I put my right hand in her cheek and pulled her closer to me. Kissing her is what i've dreamed of. And loving her is one of the things that I will always do. I love her so much, even if she doesn't feel the same way for me. I want to show her what love is. We kissed as the bright orange sunset was in front of us. The kiss was so soft and warm. Our foreheads are pressed to each other and we moved our lips in sync.
She pulled back slowly, our noses are touching. "I can still feel that you're nervous." She whispered.
"Yes. I still am." I admitted.
She smirked and we continued to kiss in the sunset. It was breath-taking.
We stopped kissing as soon as we heard her brothers walk towards us.
Shawn sat next to Hayley while Lance sat next to me.
"You look good together, honestly." Lance confessed.
"I always look good." Hayley said narcissistically.
"I said, you look good together! I didn't say that you look good!" Lance argued.
"Well, it's always about me." Hayley said again narcissistically.
Lance rolled his eyes and we went inside because it was getting dark-ish. The twins decided to stay in the skatepark.
As Hayley and I walked inside, I asked her. "Where do the twins live?"
"Uh, uhm. T-that's none of your business." Hayley stuttered.
We walked inside and went to the kitchen. I saw boxes of pizza, four big macs and a big bowl of fries.
"Oh, goodie! Food's here!" Hayley said excitedly and approached the food.
